International Trucks is an American truck brand that is a subsidiary of Navistar International. They make heavy duty trucks and buses and are the fourth-largest truck brand by market share in the US, behind Kenworth, Peterbilt, and Freightliner. The branding on this is "Duran-Doran International Trucks," an obvious reference to the band Duran Duran. I've had this in my HD for about a year, unfinished, but I realized it fit pretty snugly into the Freightliner lot @kingofsimcity did, and made some changes, and it blended in quite well. Includes a 11x7 LM and a 11x7 IM1 lot. I also realize, after the uploading, there might be a LOD issue with the shadows, so this building is kind of a beta at the moment. That's what I get for waiting a year before checking the model. Hale, Harrington, and Walsh Freightliner is a fictional truck dealer located within SimNation. They sell Freightliner, Western Star, and used trucks. In real life, Freightliner and Western Star, both companies owned by Mercedes-Benz, hold about 45-50% of the market share for semis in the US. I built this based on a dealer in Birmingham, AL. This has bays for truck service as well as a showroom that also sells Cummins, Eaton, and Detroit Engines products. This lot, honestly, is nothing without @kingofsimcity. The lot itself, according to him, is based off of a dealer in Fontana, CA. There are new (diagonal!) textures included that really make the building stand out as a beacon for your industrial areas. Truck dealers in America tend to head industrial areas as the bright facade in front of the smokestacks and silos, especially on the highways. Included is a LM, CS$$ (389 jobs), and IM (516 jobs) building for any of the ways you play the game. That's the beauty of versatility, just like a Freightliner truck. No wonder so many truck drivers drive them. Thanks again to @kingofsimcity for the lotting! A fictional Volvo-Mack truck dealer called "Doyle Volvo Mack." Based off the Volvo Truck dealer from American Truck Simulator. 7x4 plop that can be found in your landmarks menu. This is the first time in a while that I have done my own lot for a building, as I based it mostly off the lot used in ATS. Happy American Thanksgiving!
