    Really love this one, it is dense enough to fit in any downtown yet small enough to be a standalone in smaller areas. I really enjoy the nightlighting on this one. That zoom in detail of the interior from the roof is a nice touch.

    Looks great, the nightlighting makes me want to play with Dark Night mod lol. This library can fit in rural,suburban and urban areas so will get lots of use from me.

Just stumbled upon this mod at complete random while cleaning up my mod files for backup purposes and planning to get back into SC4 as one of my main games I play.Gotta say glad I am restarting nowadays since this,Less Abandonment & The Farm Desirability (which I modified to work with SimPegs Farms which contain some Farming changes) work well with one another. It always annoyed the hell outta me that the only way to stop housing from upgrading to the next wealth was to make everything historic which is time consuming. Now I only need to bother with making neighborhoods historic that I want to have a certain look. Great job on this, helps to make SC4 still one of the best modern city building games.

    Has been ages since someone did a modular oil storage, I had been using NOB's stuff mostly since it fit many of my needs. Will use this now for my large refinery areas and have Nob's for the smaller sections thanks. Great work on them, got your pipes as well as the fuel station to complete the set.

    I like how this enclosed area looks surrounded by mountains terrain. Has enough flat land and rivers for some good seaport development and bridges.
