Parent Cohort has been zeroed out to prevent blank lot conflicts. Many of these gas stations have small restaurants and eateries in them too as convenience retailing has evolved into fast food as well. 4x3 CS$1 grow lots and some also have 5x5 plop lots. In 2014, the Mexican government decided to go away from a monopoly model where one government-run brand (Pemex) runs the entire retail gasoline industry. As a result, many American (like Mobil, Arco, Chevron) and European (Total, BP, Shell, Repsol, CEPSA) companies have gotten into the market. As well, there are many domestic brands that have popped up as well. Some of these may even end up in the US one day. What is interesting to me is with some of these new brands how modern the design is compared to some of the legacy brands. There's some flair to them. Each are 3x2 CS1 low wealth with an OXXO store which is the predominant convenience store that most gas stations are paired with in Mexico. Akron -mostly in Guadalajara, sponsors the large soccer stadium there Cargogas -central Mexico, and has "dog stations" with dog food for stray dogs Ener -in Guadalajara, has a striking blue and black livery Ferchegas -eastern and southeastern Mexico, known for it's mascot Fullgas -large Texaco distributor in Central America, their gas stations look like Texaco without the branding as they wait to get the Texaco trademark G500 -owned by Glencore, a Swiss company, and is now the third largest brand behind Pemex and Oxxogas with 500 locations Hidrosina -200 locations nationwide, known for emphasis on technology Karzogas -in the Matamoros area and some locations also do car repair KPetrom -Central Mexico brand with 40 locations LaGas -mostly in Cancun and other touristy areas in Eastern Mexico Orsan -Mobil distributor in Mexico that also has it's own branded gas stations OXXOGas -gas brand by the large convenience store chain that is nationwide PetroBlue -another Guadalajara brand, there's a lot of unique brands there now PetroFigues -Pemex distributor that recently got into their own gas stations that are purple and black RedPetroil -mostly in western Mexico along the coastline Rendichicas -female oriented gas station where 90% of the employees are women, mostly in NW Mexico in places like Tijuana Servifacil -large eastern Mexico brand Silver -An alternate brand that Akron distributors use SmartGas -Another coastal Mexico brand Windstar -Northern Mexico, has locations in Texas and New Mexico as well There are many more brands as it is quite the wild west-type market, but these are the main and/or most striking ones design-wise to me. MOL Group is a Hungarian multinational oil and gas company headquartered in Budapest, Hungary. In addition to MOL they also own the INA (Croatia) and Slovnaft (Slovakia) petrol brands. Fresh Corner is their cafe brand found at these stations. MOL operates in Czech Republic, Serbia, Romania, Slovenia, and their home country of Hungary, and INA operates in Croatia, Montenegro, and Bosnia. Another brand, Slovnaft, operates in Slovakia. I've a problem with the RR Gas Station Pack One by @RRetail When I'm placing one of the gas stations in my city it just shows the building, cars etc, but the gas pumps including the roof are missing. I've downloaded and installed every dependency and checked the plugin folder twice. Anyone an idea?

The second pack of gas stations I’ve completed are for more regional gas stations. A total of 16 past and present brands are included. Most lots vary from a 2x3 lot space to a 4x4 lot. However, a few have a larger footprint such as QuikTrip with 5x5 and Wawa with 4x6. Job amounts vary from lot to lot but generally are in the 6-40 range. The first pack of gas stations I’ve completed are for supermarkets and other chain stores that sometimes have a standalone gas station either nearby its namesake store or down the road a bit. A Sheetz is also included. I’ve taken the approach of standalone gas stations and came up with 17 lots for 17 past and present brands. Most lots vary in size from 2x3 to 4x3, but the majority take a space of 3x3. However, Sheetz uses a footprint of 4x6 while Getgo is 4x5. Jobs vary from 6 to 40 jobs for each lot. To give your city a bigger variety of gas stations, here is a set of ten different brands in various shapes and sizes, based on the great set of models released by Heblem (LBT). Chevron - 5x2 (14 Jobs) Conoco - 6x3 (15) Petro Cnd - 4x3 (13) Shell - 5x2 (11) Esso - 4x3 (12) Exxon - 5x3 (15) Lukoil - 4x2 (16) Mobil - 3x3 (9) Valero - 4x4 (10) Cheapo - 3x1 (3) All of them are growable commercials (CS§), with a moderate number of jobs, as each of them also has a little store/foodmart on the grounds. The lots are meant for corners, so keep that in mind while zoning. They grow early in the game, so make those you want to keep historical right away. At least one of the sides is usually kept pretty open, so you can combine the station with other industrial lots to make larger truckstops or rest areas by the highway or similar. I included some pictures of possible combinations in the readme. TIP: If you want to force-grow the stations at a later point, temporarily block Maxis' COM-buildings, zone for proper size (with CTRL), then run the game for a while. After stations have developed at your chosen spots, make them historical, remove the blocker and continue as usual. After the success of the Deadwoods Petroleum (DP) series, I was asked to make a few variations based on different brands to add a bit of variety. I've taken the four smaller DP growables and changed some textures, colours, signs and lighting to create this set. There are six lots in the set: A 1x2 (deep) and 2x1 (wide) set of SelfServe Car Washes A 1x2 (deep) and 2x1 (wide) set of small sized Service Stations Two 2x2 set of medium sized Service Stations (one on a residential (R) theme and one on a commercial (C) theme) The small lots (1x2 & 2x2) are CS$, and the medium lots (2x2) are CS$$. These lots are BSC BTE enabled. This means they will contribute to reward chains. Having enough of these in your city may entitle you to specific rewards. The custom UI tells you how many petroleum-based lots and car dealerships you have in the town for the associated reward chain.
