    Next time, use Google and type "SimCity 4 << name of file your search>> " and press enter! Example, SimCity 4 Nexis water and will show the Simtropolis or Sc4Devotion files!

      I would have been asleep during the downtime, and the site's been operational while I've been awake.  Likely, it was a brief server hiccup, which we get occasionally.
