  1. SimCity 4 was released for PC on January 14, 2003. Happy birthday SC4!
  2. Well, now my main computer is (hopefully) fixed, and loads quickly enough.
  3. I was experimenting with beltways before my computer's hard drive failed, and I decided to ask the question: do you build beltways with your cities?
  4. Wow. This computer doesn't even meet the minimum specs.

    The lack of size makes the city look much smaller, yet the towers make it look much larger.
  7. You could probably make a colossal metropolis with the 81 tile mod, but beware of the object limits!

  12. On my old computer, a blank map loaded 40 secs-1 min, while loading a city doesn't change the time. 1 asset, 4 mods. I can't remember my CPU or GPU name, 8GB RAM, and 1 TB HDD. Then the hard drive failed. My mother's computer has 2GB RAM, 300GB HDD (still can't remember CPU/GPU), and I can't load it because it freezes up any time I try to do anything, except play ROBLOX (if you've heard of it).
