Guesthouse located in the centre of Warsaw under the Zgoda 2 adress. Building was designed in the 1960 by architects Z. Stępiński and A. Iłecki to replace the house destroyed during the WWII. Then it was erected in the years 1961-66 (but partly was finished and open already around 1963). Originally it was meant to offer rooms/apartaments(?) for lonely people and married couples w/o children. In game it is available as CS$$ PLOP (W2W half diagonal corner building). Mirror version is also included (orignal building is the one with the neon "Szwajcarska", what means "Swiss" and reffers to the "Swiss" restaurant located there since begining and for decades). There are two types of the lot - in triangular and trapezoidal shapes. Both lots are additionally available in 2 color variations of the pavement: 1. "Grey/Transit" - which generally uses the grey Maxis alike texture in default game settings. But I recommend to use this version also with texture mods (of any type), as with loaded custom textures it is able to create sort of "visual transition" between it and the standard grey Maxis texture. Well it is nothing extraordinary, but might be useful, since majority of the diagonal W2W buildings still have their pavements in bright, greyish or pinkish colors. Check the attached pictures to see how does it work. 2. "Sandstone" - with brown Paeng's sandstone texture to match his nice mod (thanks to him, he agreed to use it) You can install both or choose only one. NO DEPENDENCIES - all props are included.
2. DeVries Villas

Very pretty and with nice lots!
3. 1001 Yonge St Offices & Library

Good ones! I like the roof and terrace of the blue building. Maybe it is just me, but this part has some retro-futuristic touch.
4. The Camberton

Interesting idea and very nice modern architecture!
5. @Framling. Hi. Honestly such cafe/club wouldn't be very useful in game. Since the model (the pavilion) has the staircase, it is meant to be plopped only next to the embankment (well it can be placed everywhere ofc., but only this way it looks good). Also as cafe/cs$$ it wouldn't work as connector between the platforms and the street/road, what is quite important in this case. @webseb55 I didn't, but it is very easy to do in the Lot Editor.

Thanks, timmie - I guess you are reffering to the R$$$ version?
7. motokloss MS Parking Lots (Road Set) and Car Props

Utvaw - Ah would be nice perhaps, but I'm afraid, I do not have enough knowledge about modding - maybe some day... But this way, at least they can work as functional car parks.

To All: Thanks/dziękuję for your opinions.
9. Vu Security Services

Interesting concept and attractive design. I like style/colors of your textures (I mean your other work also).
10. Budapest W2W Roundabout Corners

Very useful and very nice looking building. I had similar idea in my mind.
11. Holland Park Terraces

Very nicely done. Maybe a detail, but I see there is the diversity of the trees/plants around them. I like that.
12. ferox Targowa 65, Warsaw

Better than the real thing.
13. ferox Krakowskie Przedmiescie 2, Warsaw

A real beauty! Great additions - all these buildings!
14. motokloss MS Marszalkowska Street 74, Warsaw

@All - thansk for the comments @fiver @mrbisonm - Now to do it, I would have to export the models again (I did small cleaning meanwhile ). But I already took this into consideration in my next realizations.
15. @All - Thanks a lot for your feedback. @Eclipticalstorm - Designed as "station halt/stop", so not terminal. Upper pavilion covers entrance/exit of the tunnel. Of course you can use it also without the tunnel and then it can works as some sort of "terminus". Both ends are transit enabled anyway. @zephirelio - The trees (at least majority of them) are form the "SimFox TreePack #2 2": http://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/21640-simfox-treepack-2/

One of the Warsaw's railway halt stations designed by the architects A. Romanowicz and P. Szymaniak. The station was opened in 1963. Its most notable features are the wide usage of the concrete shell roofs and the place where it has been located - right next to the Vistula river escarpment and entrance to the railway tunnel below the downtown. The add-on consists of four pieces to make it more universal: 1. Platforms – work as railway station (capacity: 15000 passengers) 2. Upper Pavilion - the function and capacity same like above 3. Lower Pavilion – works as bus stop (capacity: 5000 passengers) 4. Lower Pavilion in alternative version (w/o neon) - the function and capacity of the above (Also see the pics below) Dependencies: This add-on doesn’t require any other plug-ins to work(!), however to properly model the terrain, it is recommended to use the Hold Diggers and Raisers included with the NAM. If you plan to place the platforms at the embankment in more realistic way, it is also recommended to have NAM: http://community.sim...-off-site-link/ Exactly you will need the NAM „Ped. mall” pieces (road menu), to connect platforms with the bus stop (the one from this set or different one). Please check the "read me files".

Building located in the Warsaw's downtown, designed by the architect Marek Leykam and built in 1952. Its historicist style was inspired by the 15th century Florentine palaces. Originally a government office building. BAT has some minor changes compared to the real thing. In game as: CO$$$ plop and grow (454 jobs) Both in two verisons with 4x4 and 3x3 lots. NO DEPENDENCIES.
... in my city, the parking lots cut off the transit for those buildings...
Yes - if building will be surrounded from every side by the parkings, it will be blocked for the transport. It is like that with every "on road/on street" lots. Same is for example with all bus stops of this type. That's why building must be "connected" with at least one game "rectangle" of the "clean" road/street (without any additions on it). In case of the corner buildings it is the most simple - on one side are parkings, on the other one normal road. See at the pics above - this way Ferox tenements have been plopped. See also how the residential areas have been drawn (note the direction of their "road connction" arrows) - this is why I uploaded these pics.
19. @All - Thank You for the comments! @IL. - Indeed - the color rather isn't 100% exact, on the other hand real building looked different in different lights/weather conditions - once darker, sometimes brighter etc. Now, after the last cleanings, the facade is nearly white, but such color I found more "stony". The lights in dome windows are quite simple - standard BAT lights (with "lite" prefix) plus few spotlights to make them a bit "deeper" - more "3D". @yukiteru To learn how to make own models in BAT's? Well here are tutorials: https://www.simtropolis.com/omnibus/_/simcity-4/batlot-editor-tutorials/ I bet there are even more of them in English.

Thanks yigit007 for this tip. I will mention this in the main descritpion above.
Hahaha, GOTCHA buddy!!! I remember the TV series, "07 zgłoś się", and the screenshot with the red bus and the brown Fiat 125p is taken from there. .
That's right! Quite surprising, you know our single-zero-seven. Poor villain, God only knows, where he wanted to escape in this garage.
22. motokloss MS Parking Lots (Road Set) and Car Props

Does anyone else have a similar problem to aaaling? The parallel parking textures (well props in fact) are not missing for sure - it was tested with differtent "Plugins" directories and always worked well. Lack of parallel parking spaces may be due to sort of individual conflict between some props.
23. motokloss MS Parking Lots (Road Set) and Car Props

@burnzie_16 To have the roads with the white lines you need to use the NAM (and choose during its installation the "Euro road texture" option). @ W. Webber "Boulevard parkings" are still an excellent addon to use! @Grasool - but if I'm not wrong, there already is such mod with cars parked at the street sides...
24. motokloss MS Parking Lots (Road Set) and Car Props

@ALL - thank YOU for the comments! @T Wrecks - not always enough time, but soon I will upload something new, maybe Ducky won't be dissapointed. @MatejaSlovenac - which ones exactly? Anyway all of them are to find here at STEX, at the sc4devotion.com and simcitypolska.pl @xone lifeless - indeed, just tested again and it works. @J0nnD0ugh - yes, of course they are "TE", like can be seen at the pics. @Tonka61 - interesting, never noticed it is like that in USA. Here places designed specially to park in "reverse gear" are very rare. @FrankU - I know it is a bit strange, but I indeed like car parks (especially these in downtowns) - something similar to the trainspotting perhaps. @pepsi38 - they already are in the US version. EU roads are visible only if you use the NAM Euro-road texture (see the small text above the pics). @Glenni and TheAppleHunter - I will see, what can I do about it.
