A 4-lot shopping plaza inspired by the architecture used by the Greater Lewistown Shopping Center in Burnham, PA. I wanted to go with a more rural set of stores to fill the space, just as the mentioned real life center does. Around 859 jobs are included- split between the outparcels and center lots. The other lots are cosmetic only. Well I present to you... 1001 Yonge Library and Offices! 1001 Library & Offices is a 100% fictional midrise building perfect for your cities! The modern glass facade architecture was based off the podiums and base structure of Maple Leaf Square in downtown Toronto! Maple Leaf Square is located in the upcoming new neighborhood of the South Core and is viewable from the famous Gardiner Expressway! After constantly visiting Toronto for quite sometime I've finally decided to do a facade similar to one of my favorite structures! Both downloads include a Library, AND a seperate office lot... both 6x4 lots! Anyways, Here's some more information! Did I mention there's no dependencies? A treat for all the Canadians from a friend right across the Detroit River. Yes, Tim Hortons is back to stay. Well known for their coffee, donuts, and timbits amongst other things, Tim Hortons is well spread throughout Canada and the northeast to midwestern parts of the United States. Included in this file are a 3x3 CS$$2 growable and a 3x3 CS$$ ploppable. The ploppable includes a custom icon in the landmarks menu and has been modded to include jobs. The growable and ploppable share the same stats which are as follows--- It employs 55 sims, has a pollution effect on air/water/garbage of 2/5/7 respectively, power consumed is 22, water consumed is 27, and costs $150 to bulldoze. In addition, the ploppable costs $22500 to plop. Have fun with it and feel free to showcase it whereever your heart desires.
