  1. Version

One of the Warsaw's railway halt stations designed by the architects A. Romanowicz and P. Szymaniak. The station was opened in 1963. Its most notable features are the wide usage of the concrete shell roofs and the place where it has been located - right next to the Vistula river escarpment and entrance to the railway tunnel below the downtown. The add-on consists of four pieces to make it more universal: 1. Platforms – work as railway station (capacity: 15000 passengers) 2. Upper Pavilion - the function and capacity same like above 3. Lower Pavilion – works as bus stop (capacity: 5000 passengers) 4. Lower Pavilion in alternative version (w/o neon) - the function and capacity of the above (Also see the pics below) Dependencies: This add-on doesn’t require any other plug-ins to work(!), however to properly model the terrain, the following (or similar) tools/mods are recommended: - http://sc4devotion.c...php?lotGET=1544 - http://sc4devotion.c...c.php?lotGET=33 If you plan to place the platforms at the embankment in more realistic way, it is also recommended to have NAM: http://community.sim...-off-site-link/ Exactly you will need the NAM „Ped. mall” pieces (road menu), to connect platforms with the bus stop (the one from this set or different one). Please check the "read me files".
  2. Version

Building located in the Warsaw's downtown, designed by the architect Marek Leykam and built in 1952. Its historicist style was inspired by the 15th century Florentine palaces. Originally a government office building. BAT has some minor changes compared to the real thing. In game as: CO$$$ plop and grow (454 jobs) Both in two verisons with 4x4 and 3x3 lots. NO DEPENDENCIES.
  3. Hello everyone! I am at the start of building an old-looking region, set in the early 1900's. One problem i'm having is that I can't find any old-looking cars to fit with that! Where can I find a mod, or at least some good models that match my wish? Thanks, Guy. P.S. This region will evantually end up in a CJ, showing natural development in that era - So I could really use help to improve the looks of it...
  4. MS Marszalkowska 74

The BAT is inspired by the real W2W residential building located in the Warsaw downtown. It was designed in the mid-50s and built around 1959/1960 in place of the destroyed during the WWII tenement. Originally, in the 60s, there was a big electronic store at the ground floor - it was "reproduced" in this model. This plug-in contains also fictional mirror version of the building. Both models are available in game as: - CS$$ - plop and grow (117/119 jobs) - R$$ - grow (~206 residents) The lot size is 3x1. NO DEPENDENCIES.
  5. MS Motozbyt

Model of the real building - Motozbyt office - built in Warsaw in the years 1954-1956 and designed by arch. Zbigniew Karpiński. Motozbyt was a state company responsible in Poland for sale and warranty service of new cars and bikes (both domestic and imported ones). They did it till ca 1973, when small restructuring in this market area took place. Lower part of the model's back wall has been changed a bit (compared to the original building), thanks to what it better fits to the game W2W enviromental. CS$$ Plop and Grow. There are 3 DEPENDENCIES, but well known ones: - BSC Mega Props SG Vol 01 http://sc4devotion.c....php?lotGET=746 - Jenx Paris Prop Pack Vol 02 http://sc4devotion.c...php?lotGET=1612 - Porkie Props Vol 01 http://www.simtropol...et-accessories/ Period pic of the real thing: http://img705.imageshack.us/img705/5958/msmoto.jpg
  6. MS Jubiler

The model was inspired by real building built in Warsaw in 1957 and designed by the arch. Jan Bogusławski (see links below). Despite it has the most characteristic architectural detail and features of the real block (like jewelery store “Jubiler”, Bar Praha and neons), there are also few differences and it was not meant to be the exact reproduction. I made this building in 3 parts (2 x 3x2 and 1 x 1x2) to have more possibilities of “plopping” in game. All 3 are CS$$ Plops and together offer about 700 jobs. Those were my first BATs (hope they are not that bad – many thanks to Ferox and other members of the “SimCity Polska” for tips, how to use the architect tool. There is one DEPENDENCY: - BSC Mega Props SG Vol. 1
