Downtown Redevelopment
Hi Simtropians! First of all I'd like to sorry about the infrequency between updates.(My RL life has been pretty busy) Second of all today's update is about the redevelopment of Downtown Treka City. This is downtown Treka City before the redevelopment This is downtown Treka City today. As you can see the city replaced the palm trees between highways M-6 and M-1 because of the high demand for power in the city. The City also redeveloped downtown with all those new shiny buildings for only $9.92 Billion USD! They also kicked 6,000 people out of their homes in T-Project 177 for the tall skyscraper for the rich, above the helicopter UDI icon.(Srry For UDI i don't know how to turn it off!) The building in the center was built for the Treka City Governments exclusive use for only $1.1 billion USD.Of course the city government went broke 3 months after the completion of this project "for unexplainable reasons".Today the City government owns only 2 floors in the tower . This is a street in the "New" Downtown. Many tourists seem to really enjoy the downtown,such as this 14 yr. old from Smallville,USA. Tourist:I ABSOLUTELY LOVED TREKA! The downtown had all of these shiny new Skyscrapers, 2 McDonald's,and Gucci!!!!!!!! This is another view of the "New" Downtown. Many locals think however think that this project is just a waste of many,such as this family from the Cultural District(2 KM Northeast of The Downtown). Family:This project is just another way for the government to raise taxes on us,I mean seriously before the project our taxes were 36.15% but now their 47.69%!The City Government should have just kept the money instead of using it for another ridiculous Oceanolympics type Money Waster!!! What do you think about the New Downtown? Should the government do this for the whole city? Tell the simtropolis world in the comments section! (Above-Artists Interpretation Of the New Downtown) Thanks For Viewing! Next Update-The Blizzard - 8

Over capacity
When Holahu was growing, the city was planned to be a home to 1,5 million inhabitants. But the rapid immigration rate has brought people from all over the world to Holahu. Most of the people in Holahu are americans, middle easterns, british and asians. Due to this rapid population growth, the cities population has more than doubled to over 3 million inhabitants.The road system of Holahu is was not designed to handle this many vehicles, so Holahu suffers from big traffic problems. The city has a working rapid transit system including 4 metrolines and 9 buslines with a tram system planned. But many areas are not covered by the rapid transit network. One of these areas is Holahu Office City. Office city is home to over 300 companies, and over 700,000 people work there. The roads covering Office City are small and were desinged to handle about 300,000 people. Traffic around Office City is the worst during morning and the afternoon rushour. The Transportation Berau has a tramsystem planned for Office City for the future, but the traffic is getting worse everyday. Pic: A street in Office City during the afternoon rushour.- Read More

Development was random, starting with avenues... Please leave me a comment and I will get back to you in my next update Yours truely Julz -

Novaya Tulsk - A bit of exploration
- The music accompanying this update is curtesy of those greedy capitalist pigs from the London Symphony Orchestra. - Welcome comrades! You just got off a Sapsan train after an exhausting journey from Vladivostok into the Thulakian Socialist Republic. You are tired but happy to be back in Novaya Tulsk, the mighty capital of the Thulakian S.R. where people are freer than anywhere else on the planet! Right as you step outside the station you notice the smiling faces of the proletarians warmly welcoming you! Before you further explore the city, please bow in front of the statue of Our Dear Leader (mandatory). Novaya Tulsk's main railway station is gigantic, being the end of the line for many national and international lines, and a massive underground transit hub where 600 000 people commute daily on the 4 metro lines stopping at the station. Behind the station is the City Hall. That's where I'm writing you propaganda these updates from! Contrary to many government offices in capitalist countries that only are open between 3h25pm and 4h36pm on even-numbered weeks, the Novaya Tulsk City Hall is open 24/7. There you'll find the grievance committee where the citizens that have something to say about the way the city is managed will receive quick and efficient help along with a free trip to one of the many luxurious People's Corrective Labor Camps of our Republic. "Gulag"? More like "Fun-lag"! Okay, moving on. La Violette Avenue is a prime example of Soviet architecture. Built in 1964, it replaced an entire neighborhood of old, unsanitary and small houses on narrow and dark streets (some "intellectuals" will tell you they were "heritage," don't listen to them!). Nowadays workers can enjoy spacious, modern and comfy apartments (and the army can send tanks in case of a capitalist treachery, that's nice too.) Line 7 of the Metro goes under the avenue between the stations Dubrovka and Moskvaskaya. It's not covered so that the riders can enjoy the sunlight! (and also because it gets kind of expensive if we have to cover everything) But the best way to experience Novaya Tulsk is at night. The Statue of the Motherland, the city's emblem is continually lit up, even during the mysterious power outages that happen in some neighborhoods (probably another capitalist conspiracy!) The railroad tracks slip under the city as they approach the station's platforms. The Tulsk Arena is the largest indoor arena of the Republic, with 25 000 seats. It is located at the heart of "Blok 25," one of the many high-rise residential areas of the city. Blok 52, a more modern residential neighborhood. Bridges over the Tulsk River. From top to bottom, Akademiya bridge ; a railroad line mainly used by freight ; and line 3 (Lyublinskaya) of the Metro between the "Thulakaya" (Thoulakaïa) and "Motherland" (Mère Patrie) stations. - I hope you liked it ! Please don't forget to leave a comment, and as always, advice is welcome See you soon in Novaya Tulsk ! - - 5

Istaloëne
Istaloëne This is my first (re-newed) entry of the city Istaloëne, a Dutch city in the region E World. City: Istaloëne Region: E World Mayor: Me Residents: 1.138.228 (perhaps it is now one more or less) Major language: Nederlands (dutch) City slogan: Voorwaartsch, Streijdveardig en Barmhartig (Ahead, Up in Arms, Merciful) This Journal is about the city of Istaloëne, the largest city in my region. Welcome! The city has about 1,1 million residents and is situated on the main river of the region. With a large commercial district (Metropolitan and Gerdamen Markt) and extensive industrial area's (Langschoten, Laatsch Kwartier, Ausias) the city plays a major role in the regional economics, and is the major hub of the region. This is ratified by the 5 harbours and International Airport Seltenaar, which welcomes every day more than 250.000 visitors. The city developed in a very natural way from a tiny farmer-village into a great Metropolis. In the very beginning the only way to pass the river was by paying €2,- and take the ferry. Nowadays several 4 and 6-lane bridges connect the north and south part of the city. The city has also a huge tube-network and a intensive bus and train network. Istaloëne is divided by the river into the northern part and the southern part. The northern part is always the biggest and most important part with its big commercial district. But since the redevelopment of the southern part, also this part is an attractive counterpart in the city. The atmosphere of the city can be described as tolerant, active, and busy. Here you can see Istaloëne, the cities around and the main river Metropolitan Commercial district Big offices, green avenues, skyscrapers and the main square. Metropolitan Park Commercial District and Central Railway Station A nice park surrounded by skyscrapers Gerdamen Markt [Gerdamen Market] Commercial district, and cultural-quarter Kop van Zuid [Head of South] Attractive area for shopping, living and recreation A living neighborhood on the top of the southern part of the city. Langschoten Largest industrial area of Istaloëne, contains 2 harbours So many containers in the harbours, so many people find a job here. Knooppunt Istaloëne Oost [istaloëne-East Junction] Important train and road junction in the eastern part of Istaloëne Highways and traintracks come together in the ouskirt of the city. Nieuw Zuid [New South] Small but elegant park located in the refreshed southern part of the city Living and working is a pleasure in the green south. Millenium Buurt [Millenium Neighborhood] A brand new modern part build land obtained from the riverThe newest part of the city, with the old IstolaTower -the highest building in the region- standing proud on the former riverbank. Wikipedia Entry: St. John (United States of America)
Satellite Composite Image of St. John (Note locations of New Hope and St. John) St. John (also known as St. Jean) is an island 543 miles southeast of Cape Cod, 763 miles directly east of the Maryland/Delaware coast, and 445 miles northeast of Bermuda. 2015 United States census estimates put its population at 56,729. The largest city on the island is St. John, with a population of 17,235 as of 2010. The population is largely bilingual, speaking both French and English. History St. John was founded as St. Jean in 1605 by the French after it was discovered by Samuel de Champlain on his first voyage to the New World. In their effort to expand New France, St. Jean was an important trading post, stopping-point, and military stronghold that was quickly developed after its founding in 1606. By the end of French-Indian War in 1763, however, France was rapidly forced to leave most of the New World and St. Jean no longer held military importance. It became a largely agricultural community that sustained itself through trading between communities on the island. In 1945, following VE Day, France gifted the island to the United States as a gesture of thanks for the United States' role in the liberation of France and because of its relative proximity to the United States. The population of St. John remained largely rural through the early 2000s, with a large French population and smaller American population of "expats" who sought a French lifestyle within the United States and its territories. However, in 2001 St. John began to experience a population boom. The territorial government, led by Jean St. Pierre, pushed an aggressive marketing campaign to attract tourists to the island. Soon St. John experienced rapid growth as more and more people discovered its rugged natural beauty and beautiful climate. In 2015 the United States ratified both St. John and Puerto Rico as new states, bringing the total number of states to an even 52. Geography St. John is 44 miles long and 28 miles wide. It has a total area of 1,532 square miles. The island's geography is defined by rolling hills and flats on the eastern two-thirds of the island and steep mountains across the length of the island on the west coast facing in the direction of the United States. The highest point is Mount Champlain, which reaches a height of 5,246 feet and is located just to the west of St. John. The mountain range, named the Neigemonts range, is part of Neigemonts National Park, founded in 1999 to protect the natural beauty of St. John's rugged coastal mountain range and old-growth forests. Mount Champlain Rising Above the Tree Line The western coast is defined by steep mountains plunging into the sea, narrow, deep bays and calanques, and heavily forested mountain valleys. There is only one settlement, St. Luc, on the western coast, and it lies in a small plain surrounded by mountains to the north, south, and east. The only way to reach St. Luc is either by ferry or by the 22-mile long Coral Mountain Pass, which traverses a narrow, cliff-flanked valley. The eastern half of the island is defined by rolling hills and farmland peppered with old-growth forest here and there. The bays are wider and shallower. In the middle of the island lies its only large body of water, Clear Lake, which is 7 miles long and 2 miles wide and lies in the foothills of the Neigemonts. Climate Given its northern latitude - directly east of Delaware and Southern Maryland - one would assume that St. John has a similar climate to the Mid-Atlantic United States, with cool winters and hot, humid summers. However, it has a much warmer (and more consistent) annual climate due to the moderating effects of the Gulf Current. The Gulf Current surrounds the island and as a result, the warm water provides warm air temperatures - a similar effect to that seen in Southern Europe and the United Kingdom from the same current. Precipitation almost exclusively comes from the west and runs into the Neigemonts. While the mountains are not huge, they are tall enough to stall storm systems and "sap" them of moisture. As a result, a large number of storms that hit St. John never reach the eastern third of the island. This provides a shadow effect in which the eastern third of the island (and even the eastern two-thirds, to some extent) see significant sun and warmth. As one gets further east on St. John, annual precipitation levels drop and average air temperatures increase. The Neigemonts see average annual precipitation of 55". Average annual snowfall in the Neigemonts depends on altitude. In the valleys between mountains annual snowfall is between 8"-22" while the higher altitudes see upwards of 300" of snow per annum. The mountains average 178 days of sunshine per year. The middle portion of the island sees average annual precipitation of 17" and average annual snowfall of 0" - 3". It has an average of 292 days of sunshine per year. The eastern portion of St. John sees average annual precipitation of 9" and no annual snowfall. They see average annual sunshine of 323 days per year. The average temperatures also correspondingly change based on altitude and position east/west. The average January temperatures in St. John are: Neigemonts: High: 35 Low: 20 Neigemonts Valleys: High: 45 Low: 35 Neigemonts Foothills: High: 58 Low: 44 Eastern Third: High: 67 Low: 48 The average July temperatures in St. John are: Neigemonts: High: 65 Low: 49 Neigemonts Valleys: High: 77 Low: 54 Neigemonts Foothills: High: 85 Low: 67 Eastern Third: High: 92 Low: 74 Though the average temperatures in the eastern-third are high in the summer, the air is relatively dry. In the mountains there are more streams and creeks and conditions are generally wetter due to rainfall from continental storms, leading to higher humidity levels. Often it can feel hotter in the National Park and foothills than it does in the lower valleys due to the affect of humidity in the summer. Demographics St. John is largely rural but currently undergoing growth due to acceptance as the 52nd State of the United States and growing knowledge about its natural beauty and fantastic weather. The two largest centers of population are St. John on the southern coast and New Hope, on the northern coast. The two are almost exactly north and south of each other and are both located on bays. New Hope is a center of industrial production on the island, home to several large factory complexes, including a chip-production center for IBM, and automobile plants for both Ford and Honda. Between the two cities is a large expanse of largely rural farming communities ranging in population from 500 to 2,000. Ethnic breakdown of St. John: France: 63% Scotland: 14% England: 13% Ireland: 7% German: 2% African-American: 1% Other: 1% The Niegemonts Rise Above Woodstock, showing the difference in climates during the winter months. Mont Surneige, the second highest peak on the island as seen from the east. Just beyond it is the Atlantic Ocean and St. Luc, an isolated community on the western coast. A typical eastern valley view from the edge of the Neigemonts Foothills. Southwestern Neigemonts range in the summer. Rapid growth fueled by a tourism push and new statehood is causing former farmland to be swallowed up by new developments in St. John. -

Big doin's at the airport
Major work was done at the international airport over the past few weeks, including giving the terminal building a massive face-lift, finishing work on the third runway, re-working taxi exits from the runways, and reducing the number of gates and carriers at the international concourse. As part of the upgrade process, the airport was re-named and its designation changed. Welcome to Robert Gould Shaw International Airport (RGS). Airport Facts: Acreage: 4,500 Average Passengers Per Day: 225,000 Total Passengers in 2011: 82,125,000 Projected Passengers in 2012: 85,000,000 Domestic Gates: 178 International Gates: 22 Total Gates: 200 Daily Average Arrivals/Departures: 2,650 Airlines: Aegean Aeroflot Airtran Alaska Alitalia American British Airways Delta/Northwest El Al Jet Blue KLM Lufthansa New Zealand Qantas Link RyanAir Southwest Spirit Thai United/Continental US Airways RGS is a major hub for KLM, Delta/Northwest, United/Continental, Lufthansa, and US Airways. These carriers fly aircraft of all sizes, from the CRJs and Embraers to 747 and A340s, servicing destinations all over the world. The newly renovated terminal building has the largest security checkpoint currently in existence, with more than 50 lanes. This allows passengers to move out of the terminal to the concourses very rapidly, minimizing frustration and long waits. The terminal building also features a large mall area with a wide variety of shops and boutiques, as well as several areas for passengers with long lay-overs to rest and relax while waiting for their next flight. (Note that the terminal is at the edge of the city map. By splitting the airport between two cities in the region, I not only spread the benefits of the gate income, but also mitigate the spatial problems associated with large airports). The addition of the third runway and enlarged taxiway junctions make ground operations much smoother for all size planes. Planes queuing up for takeoff on the two north/south runways include those from Lufthansa, KLM, Delta, Spirit, American, Qantas Link, and United. As part of the terminal remodel, the RyanAir and Alaska Airlines gates received a much more streamlined look and a better entry to the taxiway. A few late arrivals to the morning bank from Lufthansa, AirTran, and American Airlines. A view of the eastern gates for US Airways on the lefthand side of the terminal building. The train station at the southern end of the terminal also received a face-lift. The four-platform station provides regular service to the region's mass-transit network and is a key means of keeping car traffic down on the roads surrounding the airport. And lastly, a view of the A, B, and C domestic concourses. Concourse A serves British Airways and US Airways; Concourse B serves Lufthansa and KLM; and Concourse C serves United/Continental and Delta/Northwest. City Counsel finaly acts!
Yes, the city counsel has finaly taken action to complete the InterCityAvenue 10 (IAC10) and Buena Vista Ave. (BVA) interchange! So, after spending millions of dollars on planning parties and weekend conferences in Hawaii and an unfortunate number of fatal accidents, they agreed on a plan that would be easy to implement and cost the city next to nothing. After opening the new interchange, the city counsel got to work on other city planning projects at a conference in Europe.- Read More

#43|| Sister of My Friend
Jensa's Family Home. Raechal, Follomer When Tessa knocked, she wasn't expecting the person to answer to be a young girl with brown hair, just like 'her's. The two stared at each other. Tessa not knowing what to say, and the other girl trying to remember where she had seen Tessa before. The cat ears and her face brought it all back, but since it had been years, and Tessa had such a shortened life, it was almost like trying to remember a stranger. Rebecca:...Tess? Little Tess!? Tessa: Hi Rebecca. It's been too long,.. She then lunged and gave the girl a hug. Rebecca smiled and hugged her back before turning back around to face the hour. Rebecca:Here! I'm sure mom and dad would love to see you too. Tessa smiled and wiped away a tear before following her inside. The next few moments were full of hugs, smiles and wet cheeks. Seeing Tessa brought back memories of Jensa, since they were always inseparable while they were friends. It was even a bit weird, seeing Tessa and not seeing Jensa right next to her. After awhile, Rebecca asked if she and Tessa could talk out back on the porch. Tessa agreed and followed, taking in the crisp air and the tall trees around their yard. Rebecca: I still can't believe you came out here by yourself. How was the trip? Tessa: Uneventful mostly. Had to drive a rental the rest of the way here from the nearest airport. Rebecca: You drive now! Goddess how you have grown. I swear you used to be just a little girl last time i saw you. And here I am, barely grew an inch. Tessa: Well y'know, people like me don't live that long. Rebecca nodded, with nothing to say about her short lifespan. She hoped Tessa was making the most of it. Rebecca: You know. Jensa would have liked the fact you came all the way here to visit. She always did like having you around the family. Tears began to trickle down Tessa's cheeks. Smiling and wiping them away, she nodded and laughed a little. Tessa: I do miss her. That day just wont leave my mind. Rebecca then began to cry a little, crossing her arms. Rebecca: I can't imagine how hard it was for you, to be there and all. You know you're always welcome with us, right Tess? You're like the third sister I never had, heh. The both of them smiled at each other, drying their cheeks. Tessa: I'll be able to visit a lot now. I actually moved into a house not ten minutes away. Don't, even ask, all my idea. Rebecca: Right, haha, you always do whatever you set your mind to. Y'know, I was looking toward seeing a movie in town tomorrow. Wanna come with me? Who knows, maybe you'll find a local boy to help take your mind of things. Got some cute ones around here. Tessa laughed at the offer, but couldn't help to not get very interested in the idea of 'cruising for boys'. And whenever she though of being close with someone, her mind always trailed toward someone she once got to know back in the big city. Tessa: I'd love to Rebecca! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Okay so, this story update was full of story, and not very full of actual imagery. So I'm going to take you around the city of Raechal! Resized to 61% (was 1329 x 747) - Click image to enlarge Just outside Rebecca's house is Tayble Ave, one of Raechal's only "unique" roads. Unique as in I used the NWM on it. Really love how it turned out. It's meant to signify that this is Raechal's more ritzy neighborhoods. Resized to 59% (was 1366 x 768) - Click image to enlarge And just south going down Tayble Ave you hit Raechal High! The city's only High school. Because there's no middle school, Raechal High holds grades 7-12. Complete with large parking lot and Baseball fields. Uh oh, it's getting a bit cloudy! Resized to 59% (was 1366 x 768) - Click image to enlarge And now it's started to rain. Wonderful. Well it'll be good to dampen all that dead grass. Here you'll see Ferns Hill Elementary. Just right up the road from Raechal High (literally), you'll find grades K-6 here. Resized to 59% (was 1366 x 768) - Click image to enlarge West of the schools, we come upon Raechal's pride and joy. A freeway interchange! Westbound heads toward a major seaport and then hits the Follomer west coast. Northbound goes toward the coast and then heads east, then down south. While the southbound goes in that direction before hitting the mountains. They say if you stay on the westbound, you'll hit the Capital city eventually! Resized to 59% (was 1366 x 768) - Click image to enlarge The Elephant Ears Main Street exit. You can guess why it's called that. Resized to 59% (was 1366 x 768) - Click image to enlarge And here's downtown Raechal! No highrises here! Raechal has done a pretty good job of staying small. (not that being way up north near nothing of interest helped) At first started as a small farming town near the ocean. It's still a farming community, but has suburbanized greatly, with many things to do! Resized to 59% (was 1366 x 768) - Click image to enlarge You could hit the Century Theater to catch any of the recently released bit box office hits or enjoy the plaza next door. Those people might want to hurry back to their cars, or a shelter. No one like's being drenched. Resized to 59% (was 1366 x 768) - Click image to enlarge Or you can decide to bunk it here in Raechal at it's semi-luxury apartment homes! With reasonable monthly rents of course. Definitely not a day to use the pool though. Unless you don't mind the rain as long as it's still hot out. However one thing to recognize though is about Raechal's one tragic tradition it's seemed to have for itself. Almost everyone who was born in Raechal... Resized to 59% (was 1366 x 768) - Click image to enlarge Grew old, and died in Raechal. Town Cemetery is almost 86% local born. - 44

Growth around Grath City
In the past years, the Grath City region has experienced much growth and change. Since the 2010 census, the population of Grath City has grown from 800,000 to 1,065,000 people. The city of Steelport has grown from 600,000 to 730,000 people. A view of the entire region. Inside Grath City, a newer view of the National Plaza. In the Grath City CBD, newer buildings have been constructed providing more jobs. Due to lack of room, new development is constructed on landfill. On Beach Island, a new development has been constructed with high-rise condos overlooking the skyline of the mainland and the vast blue ocean. To support the city's growing population, a brand new medical center has been constructed on the coast to provide medical care to the city's new citizens. The new development on Beach Island has added much traffic congestion to the Beach Island Bridge. New high-rises have also been built on the coast. Outside of Grath City, Steelport has also experienced much new development. The Airport has been expanded from one lane to three. Where the old airport once was, there is now office buildings and a large park. Last but not least, the Grath City Panthers, the football team for the Grath City region, just got their brand new stadium completed in Plattsburg, a suburb south of Steelport. It's in this stadium that the Panthers will soon play the Stalina Hammerheads for the Grathonian Football League (GFL) championships. IMPORTANT I have a few ideas for my next entry but I'm not sure what one I should do. I have ideas for a another rural area, another big city, or a ghetto-type city. Please tell me which one you'd like to see. Thanks! Thank You for viewing! Please comment and rate! - 8

Here is the titanic in port it will leave tommorow. But as most people know, Its madien voayage will be its only voyage. That madien voyage was 100 years ago. The luxury steamship RMS Titanic met its catastrophic end in the North Atlantic, plunging two miles to the ocean floor after sideswiping an iceberg during its maiden voyage. Rather than the intended Port of New York, a deep-sea grave became the pride of the White Star Line’s final destination in the early hours of April 15, 1912. More than 1,500 people lost their lives in the disaster. This is a rendition of what it could have looked like form one of the few that survived. What made many people meet their fate was the lack of lifeboats. No one thought the Titanic could sink, so not enough lifeboats were on board. Other than the ones on board, it took 2 hours after the distress call for another ship, the Carpathia, to arrive. By then many people had dorwned or froze to death. The Titanic still rests on the ocean floor and has yet to be fully explored. Kinney's SLB Bid
Hey, guys. I'm brand new here. I've had the game for some time, but through computer nukes/crashes and so forth, I've lost a few good cities. For the past few months, I have been working on Kinney, a typical mid-American town of about 300,000 sims modeled loosely on St. Louis/Kansas City/Omaha/Pittsburgh/St. Paul. Basically, a city that grew with the river and railroads, with cool art-deco and pre-War skyscrapers in its CBD. I didn't use any mods on this city, and only one cheat to get all of the possible rewards (after the game RUDELY denied me my Grand Railroad Station and Bureau of Bureaucracy, despite my city meeting the requirements.) Kinney's Central Business district is located at the juncture of the Pine and Sesquahoyah Rivers. Business boomed here in the early days of the city, as it was an ideal place to load and unload goods, and ship them up or down the rivers. All of the city's major skyscrapers are in this area to this day. Eventually, with the advent of railroads in the city, a secondary business district (Midtown) evolved around the intersection of two major lines. Anyway, there will be more detailed updates later. This post is about proving that I have the stadium and the sims for an SLB bid. Screenshots below (note: my region is VERY much still a work in progress): 291,000+ sims... Bank of Kinney Field-- home of the Kinney Earls-- before a $100 million renovation. The stadium was originally built in 1954 as a utilitarian grandstand in hopes of attracting a franchise. It is located in the La Fontain neighborhood, due west of Midtown and across the I-40 from the Grandstand-Emerson neighborhood. The ballpark, post renovation. Downtown Kinney, by night. And, by day! Anyway, I hope the Earls are up to snuff to compete in the SLB. I'm looking forward to posting here and will update on my city and region periodically! Cheers, Mayor Schriver- Read More
