The new park has been built. The park has tennis, basketball courts, and also soccer and baseball fields. There are beautiful flower gardens and a pond. As a memorial, a statue of the mayor was built.

So far, the residential neighborhoods are thriving. There is a proposal to phase out all the dirty and manufacturing industry and replace it with high tech industry. The City Council will vote on it next meeting.
