Verkhovsk
Before showing you Novaya Tulsk itself, I wanted to show you some other, more "quaint" cities of the Thulakian Republic. We're going to start with Verkhovsk, a city located about 70 miles north of Novaya Tulsk.
Note : I built that city circa 2008 before losing the files, it had its own CJ on Simland and this is a little summary of all the updates I made throughout 2008-2009, that's why the image quality and the dates on some of the pictures are odd.
