An introduction
About me :
Hi there! My name is Folokashi and this is my very first CJ here on Simtropolis after many years of idly reading and marveling at some of the other CJs on here. I'm from France and I am pretty active on the french-speaking Simcity community known as "Simland," about which some of you might have heard. I hope you enjoy my cities as much as I enjoy building them 
About the city :
Novaya Tulsk exists since 2006 and was first built by the great Simmania (you can find the original CJ here), who allowed me to build an entirely new version of his city. Novaya Tulsk is the capital city of the Thulakian Socialist Republic, a stalinist dictatorship worker's paradise. I write my CJs from a "Thulakian" perspective, which could seem like soviet propaganda but is, in fact, satire (I hate to have to "babysit" you guys but it's always a good idea to set things straight with the internet

Welcome to Novaya Tulsk !
Novaya Tulsk (Russian : Новая Тулск) is the capital city of the Thulakian Socialist Republic (former Thulakian SSR). Its mayor is currently Martin Kristianovitch Folov, who was preceded by Frank Zim Makia until his mysterious disappearance in 2010.
The city proper has a population of around 1.6 million inhabitants while the urban area has a population of about 8 million.
