Hi,Everyone Today I'll be showing you a very old inner suburban district of Treka called Treka Northwest.This district is solidly upper middle class and has is the most expensive area to live in within the Treka Metro Zone.With a population of 30,000 living within 16 sq miles it is also extremely densely populated.

Above is a Upper Middle Class Area Of The District where the average house costs About 700,000$ USD

The Area Above Is a Transition zone from suburban to urban and features townhouses costing nearly a million USD,Excellent transportation and lots of restaurants.

The area above is the downtown core of the district featuring access to downtown Treka Via Subway,lots of shopping and pricey million dollar apartments.

The city is very nice, but the roads are very bumpy. Use a [url="https://community.simtropolis.com/forums/topic/68471-plex-on-the-stex-community-support/forum/index.php?action=articles;sa=view;article=68"][u][b]slope mod[/b][/u][/url] to make them smoother and better :)

You are right, that is dense! Nice update! The roads are fine, it adds character to the city.

If I was upper middle class in that city, I'd prefer more open space for my house. :)

Thanx for the comment USA Patriot but the houses don't have more space because the whole district is only 5-15 minutes away from downtown Treka .
