Only one person can clean up Clacton, and it's Count Binface from planet Sigma IX. He needs your help and this billboard will spread the word.

The billboard is just a prop with a working nightlight I replaced into a standard 1x1 park lot, ploppable anywhere with standard park effects, formatted from an existing image of a Binface ad into a wider resolution. I'll be releasing a set of billboards similar to this one featuring various pop culture ads soon enough.
