This neighborhood is mostly residential, and famous for have a lot of condos. Also have some green spaces and a few commercial. So, without further ado, let's see some images! General view: Parque de la Costa, the part in the city where the beautiful beaches starts to become an straight shore near the delta of the river: Some condos and small parks and green spaces: Centro Cultural Jardín, an old house from the antiques country nobels, now a Cultural Center and Library: By the last, the commercial area from this neighborhood: This is our last images from San Martin. As said before, it is the, maybe, last interesting neighborhood, as is mainly residential. So, to complete our today trip, we go directly to far west in San Martin until arrives in Baía Azul. It is a very small city conurbated at San Martin west. This city has nothing much special, despite some beaches and the major region university, so let's see! Baía Azul Population: 104.000 It is a medium city, mainly a dormitory city from San Martin, however have your own charm, commerce and things to do, so let's start with some aerial views. Baía Azul is also famous to have in most part squares blocks. After see these images, we go directly to the two biggest parks in city: Plaza Central: As mentioned before, the city is known mainly for the Universidade de San Martin (San Martin University), despite the name it is not located in the capital: The city also have some beautiful beaches to claim yours. Before more information, I want to thank all likes and comments in the last post, so thanks to: @Golan0, @CarstenB, @Barroco Hispano, @Zenist, @brancra, @CaptCity, @JulioC, @TogaMasterJohn, @Honolulu, @Girafarig, @sdrls, @kschmidt, @kergelen, @megie and @Mikeaut1 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- After we known some San Martin neighborhoods, today we will visit some more imporant district. Our trip will be in the three central districts: Bromelia, Centro and Magnolia. Bromelia Population: 28.145 Bromelia is one of most dense neighborhoods in city and it is separated in two sides by the main avenue Paseo de La Playa which runs west to east throughout the city and divide the neighborhood in two parts. Bromelia have a mix of commercial and residential zoning and there is some interesting things to do: Museu de la Independencia (Museu da Independência/Independence Museum): A museum that initially was created to celebrate the country Independence, but for today have more than that, with larges areas of art exhibitions: An evangelical and a catholic church to show the religious diversity in the city (more like christian diversity than other thing...): And, of course, some beaches (not crowded as Costa Dorada, but still charming): Centro Population: 1.171 Centro is literally the city center, and at the same time is the least populated district. Basically is just a bunch of skyscrapers and highrises (despite the tourism and whatsoever, the people from San Martin and adjacent cities still need work), but there are some specific points that we could know more in Centro: Alcaldía (Prefeitura / City Hall): The two twin buildings where it is administrative office of the mayor, and the large plaza and green space where the people can take a little break, and of course, another church, in this case Iglesia de Santa María, the first church built in city in the late 1700s. And a big mall where people can buy something: Magnolia Population: 10.784 Last but not least, our last district today: Magnolia. It is right side of Downtown, separated by Avenida Magnolia. It is a big district in landmass but is not so populated, due the fact to have the biggest city park within your limits, beyond some interesting landmarks, as we can see now: Starting by the Parque Villanueva, the main city green area (consider the city is limited by space...): Teatro Delgado, the largest city theater, built in 1992 in contemporary architecture. In the top corner we can see also the Museo de la Concordia, one of biggest museums in city: If you prefer some shops, maybe the Rua del Encanto could be an option with various shops, boutiques and restaurants: And to finish, just another pictures from Magnolia, and of courses more beaches: Thanks for your attention, and we will see soon!

Starting today, we will explore some of the cities in Rivamar Province. First, a brief introduction to the region: Rivamar is a vast province shaped by winding rivers. In the south, the main rivers meet and form a wide peninsula that stretches gracefully into the sea. The province has two official languages: Spanish and Portuguese. To start our trip, we go to one of first stablished cities and the current capital: San Martin. San Martin Population: ~225.000 Despite its small population, San Martin is the most influential city in the southern part of Bahía Clara—and how could it not be? It holds sway throughout the province, although its influence is more limited within the country. San Martin used to have a larger territory, but due to administrative decisions, two significant parts of the city became separate cities in the late 1800s: Esperanza and Baía Azul (more on them later). Back to today’s San Martin: the city is highly influential, not only because it is the provincial capital but mainly due to its beaches and the tourism generated by its many landmarks. Additionally, it has a strong service and commercial economy that creates jobs for neighboring cities. So, even though it is not among the most populated cities in the region, it is certainly one of the three most important. Surrounded by mountains to the north and the sea to the south, the city has limited space to expand, which has led to high population density in most neighborhoods. So, let's start with a complete aerial view of the city: From today, we will show two neighborhoods: Costa Dorada and Campos Campos Population: 51.041 Campos is the largest district by area and it is delimited by west with Baía Azul city, at north with Esperanza and it is in north of Costa Dorada neighbourhood, separated by the BRT Line (Esperanza-Bromelia). It is also separated at east by the I-21 highway. It is mostly residential, with some condos and most medium-size buildings. The most recognizable is the Teatro Magdalena in very south district, next to the largest hospital in city. Costa Dorada Population: 60.423 After that, our trip finds the most interesting and visited district in city: Costa Dorada. This neighborhood is famous for the crowded and beautiful beaches, parks, malls, luxury shops, museums, etc. For that, let's see some interesting points, but first, some images catched in different angles, where you can see the contrast between beautiful beaches and crowded and densely streets. A picture taken in a very sunny day: Now, let's see some more of district and the interest points: Of course, we started with the beaches: If you are tired to beach, and want just a walk and spend money, there is a lot of options to you: You also can buy some fresh products in the big market: Or visit the Roda Gigante (Ferris Wheel), the most visited landmark in city: Or take some time in Centro Rosario, a bit mall, a bit park, a bit cultural center: Biblioteca Municipal (City Library): Today, we starting our trip across Rivamar, showing some parts of the capital San Martin. In our next trip we will show the rest of city, so until there!

Download in comments section Sorry I've been holding out for so long - these are my favorite urban infill lots! They look great in areas between WTW rowhomes and detached suburbs. These are some narrow lot residentials I've been using for a long time in my game. Here they are lotted on conveniently sized parcels for easier development. These houses are often clustered together in tight parcels built by the same developer anyway. You can grow them on medium residential easily if you don't zone water first then historicalize them, or use growify. North Bergen Narrow Lots (NJ, circa 1910) available in 2x2, 3x2, 4x2, 7x2, and 8x2 lot sizes! St Louis Narrow Lots (Missouri, circa 1910) avail. 4x2 size only. Both sets of rowhomes are available as prop families contained within for easy relotting. Lmk if you encounter any other issues. This is a heavily tested file.
