    The pox is cured!!! You truly are the master. I've rebuilt my biggest city twice now, once because of phantom slider and once because of prop pox, and today it started showing signs of the pox again. I never even used PEG's beach lots, so something else causes the pox as well... but it's all okay, thanks to you. Instead of demolishing the city again, I installed the dll, followed KOSC's instructions, and the props miraculously reappeared. I'm going out to party now and having a few in your honour

    Hi, I know these have been up for years and Goofyguytpa hasn't been around for awhile, but I just noticed an issue with a couple of these BATS, so I figured I might as well post this as a warning for anyone thinking of DLing... for buildings 6 and 7, the model file is messed up at zoom 3 from the west orientation. It looks like it's been stretched and cut off. The issue shows up in game and you can see it in the S3D file (Z3W) as well. It's just from that one orientation, so I find they're still usable, and really nice when they display properly! Overall I think his BATs are fantastic and worth the odd problem or two

    These are awesome! I just downloaded your updated version and have been using it extensively. I'm having a small issue though: I can't seem to get the $ grass lots (x2, x3, half, etc) to install. No matter how I run the installer, only the $$ and $$$ grass .dats show up. Am I doing something wrong? Any chance you could post these lots without the installer?

    These are great. There are a few parking sets out there, but I haven't found one that works for my cities yet - these should do the trick. Also appreciate the LHD vs RHD options... I'm living downunder atm so I'm using LHD, but I'll be switching back to the right soon... keeping SC4 compatible helps with my own driving, ha!

    More beautiful work! I like this lot more than the Pegasus tennis park - more realistic. I've just made the shift to seasonal trees in my new region so CP's trees are really appreciated as well.
