    So I've been on Simtrpolis for years downloading away and now that its a new year, I would like to learn how to make BATs. I have my eye on Las Vegas hotels and resorts which would be a feat but I could do it. So my questions are how do I start and where are some good tutorials located? What tools would I need and what should I already be familiar with?

    Hmm. I want to learn how to model building too. Can't find any good tutorials or tutors. Haha I have my eye on Las Vegas hotels which would be a feat.

    CNN Center Description: With other CNN locations across the country and world, this is the hub and mecca of CNN in Atlanta, Georgia. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CNN_Center http://www.turner.com/about/tour_cnn_center.html Why this would be beneficial for the game or community: The lack of a major news organization gracing the STEX is unbearable. Sims would love CNN in their community instead of just having local stations. I would expect the downloads for this building would be through the roof (if done correctly). It would also make a great building for a suburb community or a absolutely gorgeous building for a downtown area.
