This my dear folks is the Shard from Mirror's Edge! If you want me to change the "blueness" of the windows, post it in the comments. I will then make different versions. Anyway: Place the file in: C:\Users\[Your name]\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\Assets Have fun with it! UPDATE: I added the less saturated version now.- 3 Comments

The Shard, also referred to as the Shard of Glass, Shard London Bridge and formerly London Bridge Tower, is an 87-storey skyscraper in London that forms part of the London Bridge Quarter development. The other building in the development is the shorter 17 story "Place" both buildings are included in this download. Stats Both buildings have a growable and Ploppable with Jobs Version.
