    I had not visited Simpeg for at least 6 to 12 months and was so sad when I got an email from City Builders telling me that SimPeg is gone. SimPeg is the first EVER site that I registered as a member in February 2004. I was never comfortable with the internet before joining SimPeg. I did not know how to use a forum; I did not know how to download anything. Slowly and patiently Pegasus, then other members of SimPeg helped me to learn. Peg would help when I got a virus. He taught me about using mbam and how to organize my plugins folder. And the laughs. I would log in there every morning while I drank coffee. Yep my real life friends are from SimPeg.

    Fantastic!! I did not read the description properly the first time.  Paeng pointed me back here.  So this does for Palm trees what c.p.'s mod does for aspens, birch, etc.?   What if I wanted to replace ALL MAXIS TREES (not just the palms) with Heblem's palms?  Could you tinker with this mod for it to be able to do that?   thanks in advance.  I love this and will add to my plugins.

    I will use the summer version.  I think my CJ will be in a tropical zone.  Too bad I also have to put Peg's Ski Resort in my plugins, but Peg's stuff is so lightweight so that is OK.
