I'm gonna be honest with you. I adore SimCity 4, with all of its breakthrough concepts such as the regional playing and its huge library of mods made by awesome and skilled fellas. However, as somebody who got his very first SimCity experience with SimCity 3000 back in 1999, I really miss many of the contents I still love from SC3K. One of them are the small, 1X1 fountains that you could build anywhere you want, to give your Sims a nice spot to enjoy the running water, take some nice photos, and maybe throw some pennies to make a wish. I know that SC4 has a 2X2 plaza with a fountain at its center surrounded by tall palm trees, but how about some 1X1 fountains just like in SC3K as well? I usually don't take requests, but @Photovoltaic Array game me a couple of days ago the idea of creating some 1X1 fountains. I said "yeah, why not?" and I made 4 of them, all created by in-game textures and props only. That means no dependencies are required. Just download the .zip file, extract the Mini Fountains folder into your plugins folders and you're set. You'll find them sitting and being pretty into your Parks menu (obviously ), ready to be used as you wish. Hey, you can even mix them with my Plaza-Parks and my Green Plaza Modular Set for extra fun, if you want. Once again, endless possibilities guarantee or your money back Have fun -

TL-NTS Park Pathsv2 & ADDONS In my unending quest for modularity, and having discovered some interesting overlays, it occurred to that I could add some stuff to my NTS Park Paths set, especially the beautiful CARCH Fountains and a few other loved ones on 2x2 lots linked by paths to the rest of the set. The overlays gave me Basins and Greens — with fountain effects added, of course. Then I realized I’d used a different type of bench for each set, argh. So I relotted them all accordingly, including the NTS Park Paths (the V2 in this upload.) Of course you can use the Addons with the version 01 of the NTS Park Paths ; they sport CP slimmer brown benches instead of Murimk’s, that’s all. As usual with my uploads, all those sets have night lites. While lotting, I noticed that one of the props I used, a planter by CSX, was already lit. It detracted from the full modularity of the sets so I made an unlit version. Then, looking at some test picture, I felt that the pieces that are lit (only ortho) made a pretty effect if put all together. Therefore I made both a lit and an unlit version of the orthogonal pieces of the Basins & Greens. They are identified as such in the folders. The point in modularity is CHOICE. Some might feel there are too many choices in this one, i.e. too many pieces/files, but I have carefully arranged everything so that you can pick and choose easily. Also I have refrained from putting too many trees on the Greens, so that you can MMP to your heart’s content. The sets and their pieces follow one another in a more or less logical order in the Park Menu (depending on your own set of plugins, of course) and cost little. They are SPOTted for easier plopping, and they all have a slight positive effect on their environment (medium wealth). Many thanks to my technical gurus, Rsc204, Kosc and Dreadnought. And especially Rivit, who lighted my SC4world and is always generously ready to help. This is a relot of the Transamerica Pyramid by ed_diaz (2004). The 7x7 lot size, specifications and menu description are maintained as is. The building and lot are Maxis-lighted and the lot is transit and network enabled. The model file is in the original zip package which includes landmark and ploppble versions. To make this relot work you only need the model file: transamerica pyramid-0x5ad0e817_0x8d2e3988_0x50000.SC4Model Put the model file into this Transamerica Pyramid Relot folder with the 0A0_Transamerica Pyramid Landmark_ReLot_a4f2be46 lot file, and then into the plugins folder. Paeng's pocket plaza and Monument park, missing props

Hello Everyone I seem to have this peculiar problem with Paeng's pocket plazas and Monument parks. I seem to be missing the yellow park benches as well as some of the fountain structures. On some of the plazas/parks where fountains should be I have the water spray coming out of the sidewalk... Everything else seems to be there. If it were a brown box I would know I missed a dependency but not a brown box in sight! I have no idea where to look or how to fix this problem. I have Paeng's latest texture volume 4. I have double checked the dependencies and I seem to have everything. Could props have been omitted by mistake?. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you -

This add-on includes 2 differently styled water fountains you can use in your CSK2 channels & canals. They are simple 1x1 water tiles with a variety of game default fountain effects combined into a scenic and mesmerizing fountain display. Both are night lighted for even greater visual appeal after the sun sets. And both use the PEG modified 24/7 fountain effects (included) so the fountains will not shut down at sunset. The fountains can be used singularly or combined together to form even more dazzling water displays. Both fountains have mild park/landmark properties equivalent to about half of the values of a small plaza. This file requires the following dependency: PEG CSK2 All Pegasus files are now legacy content and are no longer officially supported - however support from the wider community can be requested here. -

Introduction Daggerstra Plaza Redux is a remaster and redux of my old Daggerstra Plaza park from back in 2004. This is simply a new take on an older lot, addressing most of the shortcomings of being created during my lot editing infancy such as misaligned props, and seemingly random choices of flora in certain places (I'm looking at you, random palm tree at the junctions!). For those that still want some history, feel free to download the old version as well!
