1. Dotonbori Glico Building

A memorable building, well done. It barely fits on the 2x2 lot and can blend in to many W2W environments. I had some problems editing (CAMifying) the lot though. There are three lot files with just one working (for me), so I ended up making my own lot and deleting the originals.
2. Oakland Tribune

Beautiful W2W building with great nightlighting. Happy Anniversary
3. Harbor Clinic

Great work on the lot, I like the seasonal, overhanging props in front of the building.   I noticed a bug concerning the nightlighting and took some screens. http://imageshack.com/f/kq1D9TAmj and http://imageshack.com/f/idnbiusTj It's the same on every zoom level, and just the back side of the building.
4. Hey Maarten, sorry to bother you again I just wanted to report a bug. Haven't seen it being mentioned in the thread. (European 1, Maxiesque, Usa Yellow Small) Great work nonetheless, standard maxis stoplights are just plain ugly in DarkNite.
5. pvs_high school

Tearing might be the wrong term, what I mean are some sort of lines going through the model and even through the air above it. I see them often on various models/lots, but they're much more prominent here. I made some screens to illustrate, but I don't know how to show you. I'll find a free hoster, give me some minutes :D   €: Turns out I have an ancient ImageShack account. Awesome :D   Screen01, daytime, hope you can see it.   Screen02, education view.   Am I the only one experiencing that? I think I should rather check my hardware ;)

Nice work for your first BAT, that's for sure. I especially like the setup of the lot. But I noticed some ugly 'tearing' in the model of the main building, it can best be seen when activating the education data view, but it's also noticeable in normal view, depending on the zoom stage. Maybe it's just on my computer, but I wanted to let you know.
7. I checked again to be sure and everything should be okay. And I took a brief look into the files to check for differences, but I think I'm not experienced enough to succeed I'll stall it for now, since the most important stuff works and the seasonal trees would just be icing on the cake I'm sorry that I bothered you with that problem, thanks again for taking an interest. I'll be sure to leave a note as soon as I solved the puzzle. Marcus
8. Well, thanks for your quick response. I think I can rule out the 'best case', I fired SC4 up and let some years pass, but there's nothin growin but some standard trees. Also there should appear some other props, too. But since it's not related to a conflict between your mod and uroncha's, I'll try to get help somewhere else. Maybe I'll fiddle around a bit with the Reader to get some insight. Thanks again, Marcus
9. Hi Maarten! First of all, thank you for sharing your work with us. Right now I'm enjoying your LRM with the Stoplight Replacement in DarkNite, and it's just beautiful. I've got a question though that's at least somewhat related to the LRM, and I hope you don't mind helping me get on the right track In my SC4 setup I used uroncha's but in my current installation I don't seem to get it to work. Since you mentioned an enhanced T21-setup in your documentation (regarding the Override Set.dat), I assume it's not possible to combine your mods, at least not without work on my side. Or maybe the problem is related to the new NAM, and the exemplar values changed? Or could I maybe incorporate the seasonal trees into the LRM? I'm a bit of a $%&^!, so please excuse me if I asked something stupid Marcus

Like I mentioned on another occasion, some things seem to be a little out of proportion, e.g. the door on the backside. Another thing: Compared to the textures you used on your 33 Lewis Ave, the concrete does look a bit too clean. I don't know, just not as realistic I'd say. Of course it'll stay in my game But it's not good as some of your other BATs, at least in my opinion. Rated 4/5
11. Grantosa Cafe
Beautiful work!! 5/5 Thank you for sharing
Nothing else to say
12. BSC-VIP Girafe EDF Tower

First of all, I think the tower looks absolutely stunning, not only at night. It's a beauty! But there are two things that might need a little improvement. The lot seems to be a bit elevated. If you level the ground, draw streets around and plop the building in the middle, you can clearly see the transitions. I know it's not much, but the black edge of the lot really stands out by day. At night it's the illumination of the lot that bugs me a little. I think it would look a lot better if the lighting would decrease towards the borders of the lot, thus matching the adjacent sidewalk. Don't get me wrong, I think the nightlighting looks great. But next to other lots or the street, it's too bright.
13. 33 Lewis Avenue

Both the door on the roof and the one on the back seem a little too small to me, maybe 3/4 the normal size. What do you think? Other than that I really like your work, e.g. the realistic looking concrete textures or the lighting. Rated 5/5
14. mipro BSP Hamilton Arms

Seems to miss the typical BSP-UI, is this intended? Other than that, perfect as usual Rated 5/5
15. Eureka Tower

Absolutely stunning! 5/5
16. Iron Horse Hotel

Awesome, thank you for uploading. Rated 5/5 Although I'll probably use it as medium wealth, because of the broken 'O'...
17. NYBT 525 West 48th Street

Nice, thanks a lot! Rated 5/5
18. mipro BSP Film Exchange Building (Updated)

Works well, looks good, fits perfectly Rated 5/5
19. Logan Arms DarkNite Version

The only issue I see is that it's highly slope intolerant, resulting in floating buildings. Rated 5/5, nevertheless
20. HK Kowloon Terrace

Absolutely stunning, thanks a lot for uploading! There is a problem though that I can't put a finger on yet. These lots interfere somehow with the T21 props of adjacent streets. At least that's the impression I get. When first plopped, everything seems fine. But after I change the camera angle, the streetlights (or part of them) disappear 'under' the lot. Anyone else noticed that? I'm no pro, but my guess is some kind of interference with the overhanging neon signs.
21. Sundry Building

Okay, the problems are the following entries in both lot files: Occupant Size, Pollution at centre, and Pollution Radius. The values of these entries are faulty, resulting in aforementioned error messages. If I'm not mistaken, all you need to do is copy these entries from another (working) lot and insert them into these two lots. After that, don't forget to delete the the old entries. Alternatively, you can copy just the values instead of the whole entries, then you wouldn't need to delete anything. To do any of this, I used iLive's Reader. After editing the lot files, you should recompute with PIM-X. I don't know if this would also fix the problems you're having with datpacking the files. Might give it a try
22. Sundry Building

There seems to be a problem with the lot files, at least I'm havin some The 3x1 produces errors when opened with PIM-X, and the 1x3 lot doesn't even appear in the list. Tried to recompute the 3x1 lot.
Traceback (most recent call last): File "SC4PIMApp.pyo", line 2035, in OnRebuildProperties TypeError: unsubscriptable object
23. Pripiat Long Block V1 (Dark Nite)

These don't look very good on slopes, but that's a minor issue i think. Rated 5/5, great stuff.
24. NYBT Rockefeller International Building

Nice work, thanks for sharing! It would look a tad more realistic if the lighting would also illuminate the lot, and if the lot itself wasn't so bland. I think it would gain a lot visually, if you could extend the little plaza up to the sidewalk, or at least harmonize them. Rated 4 / 5
25. Pripiat Square Blocks Pack 2 (dark night)

Rated 5 / 5. One little thing though, on the big 8x5 lot, there seems to be a light cone placed twice, resulting in an overly bright light. It's located in the northeastern part of the lot, behind the buildings near the parking area.
