About This File
The Logan Arms Apartments is located at the intersection of Kedzie and Wrightwood in Chicago's Logan Square neighborhood. The neighborhood is solidly middle-class, but I have included an R$$$ version in addition to the R$$ since the building is so ornate.
This building is wall-to-wall along the front (narrow) side.
There are two versions available:
+ Growable high-wealth residential
+ Growable medium-wealth residential

Dependencies:
There is one dependency for this download, and it is SimFox's Day 'n' Nite Modd, available here.
You can still use this version of Logan Arms without the Day 'n' Nite Modd, but it will look pretty strange at night. If you do not wish to use the Day 'n' Nite Modd, then download the regular Maxis Nite version of Logan Arms here.
Installation Instructions:
NOTE: This is the Dark Nite version of Logan Arms. A "regular" Maxis Nite version is available here. Do not use both versions in the game at the same time!
To use this building in the game, simply unzip the contents of this folder into your Plugins folder. You can use any or all of the versions in the game without conflict, but you MUST keep the file ending with ".SC4Model" in your Plugins folder or you will get a brown box in the game.
