  1. I'm having the same issue as a number of user have reported above where Cleanitol crashes after clicking the 'move files' button. I've attached my error report below as well. Any help or insight you may have is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
  2. Main Article - Metzú, land of opportunities

The photos and backstory are phenomenal! Can't wait to see more.
  3. Earliest SimCity Series Memory...

I don't remember how I got my first copy of SimCity, but It was SimCity 2000 on PlayStation in 1996 or 1997. My cousins and I would compete to see who could make the largest city without going broke. We'd marvel at the preloaded cities and study them to see how they functioned. Pretty soon I introduced the game to some of my other friends in the neighborhood and we were all trying to build bigger and better cities. We'd have sleep overs and stay up all night laying out infrastructure and zoning and letting it run a little while we slept. The poor little PlayStation couldn't handle it. After running for about 16 hours the game gave us an error message that read something like, "City cannot be loaded - Go outside and play." We were all dumbfounded. This was long before responsible gaming messages were built in like warnings on the Nintendo Wii. We didn't question it - we took our tails outside. Long story short I still play today (SimCity4) and the game has had a profound influence on my course of study and drastically shaped my career path.
  4. ReM - Simgoober's Super Shopping Center #1

I initially ended up here after trying to get one of the plopables to grow in a my suburban city I'm working on. I'm extremely glad I did! I've found a number of your other creations that I intend to download. Stellar work all around!
  5. ITS Office Parks - CIS Center

This is excellent! It is so hard to find CO§§ buildings that will actually grow and not be replaced by CO§§§ buildings. Keep them coming!
  6. Real Upgradeable City Halls

I've downloaded and installed this mod, but I haven't been able to get it to work in my existing cites (I haven't tried it in a new one yet). I installed the .dat & .dll files directly into the root of my plugins folder. I have some additional questions about how this mod performs under specific scenarios and if there has been any testing to verity its functionality under those circumstances. Is this mod retroactive with existing cities that have surpassed the population triggers built into this mod? (ex. city population 652,337, will mod work to upgrade city hall) Can this mod be used in an existing region or can it only be used at the onset of starting a new region? In the screen shoot it looks like you have the construct civics mod installed (used to make civic plops appear as if they are being built). Is that mod required for this mod to function correctly? Thanks in advance. Also, awesome mod...just trying to make sure it works.
  7. Show us Your Interchanges!

This is a Diverging Crossover Merging Interchange and in nutshell it's an exploded diverging diamond interchange. It consumes a sizable amount of land but offers grade separated free flow controlled access for high volume intersections. I've wanted to see if this interchange could be built for quite some time. Thanks to the NAM 33 pre-release I was finally able to build something functional. Hope you all enjoy!
  8. Hartford

Wow!  That was an exceptionally beautiful entry - love the layout!  If you computer can handle it, try increasing the clarify of your shadows.  I think because of the richness of your photo filter the shadows shape really stuck out in a not so great way. 10!
  9. Entry 2: Mt Hayley

Great Story! I love the towns because you can almost see how they might began to grow and become neighborhoods of some bustling metropolis. Keep up the good work!
  10. I don't have a lot to show, but I thought my efforts were worth sharing. I was super late starting the challenge due to some technical difficulties on my end. I think my slope mod (BigRedFish Tunnel and Slope Mod) was far more forgiving than others which played a critical role in my design strategy. I opted to follow the natural contours of the mountains (as best I could) by cutting into the slope face and creating embankments. I created tunnels when the slope became too unruly and tried to be cognizant of the experience of the driver as they moved through the breath taking vistas of this mountain pass. I really enjoyed this challenge and look forward to many more!
  11. CBT: Jewelers Building

At first the massing at the top had me questioning the buildings proportions, but when I saw it in-game I was blown away by the level of detail and effort put into this BAT.  Great Job! 5/5!
  12. Central Plaza 1

Very nice BAT!  I admire how the building massing tapers down to a 2x2 at the backside of the building.  It makes for an easy fit in urban infill/renewal projects! 5/5!
  13. TRP: Huston Corporation Second Tier Tower

Quite a fine piece of work here!!!  I especially love the night lights! 5/5!
  14. I hate to ask a stupid question; however, I downloaded the challenge via the link and I can't get it to work. I loaded the region, but it's completely flat without any bodies of water or mountains. Honestly, it doesn't appear that the .bmp matches what is shown in the challenge image. Is there a step I'm missing or am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance for the help!
  15. HBS Mall del Sur

Frosty Pookie Eddie Eddie!!! I haven't logged-in in ages, but seeing this behemoth of a beaut forced me to personally sign-in and congratulate you on the fine quality and workmanship present in this BAT.  Outstanding work!  Look forward to seeing more!!! 10!
