    KOSC Presents: Ill Tonkso's Zurich House Portsmouth Introduction This is the 11th set of lots in my ITS Office Park series. Zurich House, Portsmouth is an ancient BAT by Ill Tonkso that has been re-lotted for more modern SC4 standards. In fact, the actual building in real life is also getting a makeover. Package Overview Included in the following package are a total of 4 lots: 3 CO$$ growables and one CO$$ ploppable. Two of the lots use an individual building, while the remaining utilize a fusion of two. If you desire to plop the growables, use the buildingPlop cheat and look for exemplars starting at "KOSC ITS Zurich" (requires ExtraCheats.dll) General Stats Growable lots with 1 building provides 1414 CO$$ jobs.     KOSC presents: Office Park Series: Mattb325's Zurich Insurance Introduction This is a simple re-lot of Mattb325's excellent Zurich Insurance building with my "suburban office park" style. Package Overview A downtown mid-rise turned suburban office park centerpiece! Comes with a complementary "Z" shaped parking lot to satisfy the current primary tenant. Included in the following package is a single growable 7x9 lot. Building stats are based off the original descriptor file - this lot will NOT work without it.     KOSC presents: Folegate Leasings Introduction This is the 10th set of lots in my ITS Office Park series. Folegate Leasings is a set of ugly little fictional headquarters brought slightly back to life. Urghhhhh. Absolutely perfect for your generic, boring suburban business park. Package Overview Folegate Leasings comes with several different growable configurations and orientations. Like Holbourne House, this set comes with a centerpiece ploppable - a massive 11x9 monstrosity with 3 buildings. Similarly, all growable lots also boast parking lots with multiple entrances and were designed for expansion in mind. These were made to be combined with my SP Modular Parking Set. Included in the following package are a total of 10 lots: 8 CO$$ growables, 1 CO$$ growable and one CO$$ ploppable. These range from small, urban-friendly combinations to fairly large complexes. There are two different packages, the standard version and a LITE version. The LITE version is an adaptation that removes a lot of the perimeter CP seasonal trees and emphasizes open space and user preference. These were specifically made to cater to users that prefer their own choice of MMP trees and plants.     KOSC presents: Holbourne Offices Introduction This is the 9th set of lots in my ITS Office Park series. Holbourne House is another rather generic mid-rise from Ill Tonkso's City Set that fits well in an urban setting as well as part of a suburban office complex. While I have lotted this one before as part of my very first complex release, I felt that the individual buildings were worthy contenders as standalones. Package Overview Holbourne Offices comes with several different growable configurations and orientations. The centerpiece ploppable in the set is a large 10x10 semi-symmetrical complex with a couple of parking extender lots. Addtionally, all growable lots also boast parking lots with multiple entrances and were designed for expansion in mind. Like many office complexes in the suburban US, parking lots can sprawl several blocks and in all sorts of shapes and sizes and thus these growables were meant to play well with the SP Modular Parking Set. Included in the following package are a total of 9 lots: 6 CO$$ growables, one CO$$$ ploppable and two parking lots disguised as parks. There are two different packages, the standard version and a LITE version.     KOSC presents: CAMden Heights Offices Introduction This is the eighth set of lots in my ITS Office Park series. CAMden Heights is a nice mid-rise, nondescript office tower that serves its purpose as the centerpiece in suburban office parks. Or an eyesore among an entire district of generic buildings... yeah, might as well be. Package Overview CAMden Heights Offices is a small collection of growables and a ploppable of Ill Tonkso’s Camden Heights Tower. There are two smaller lots are occupied by one tower each, both which boast relatively tame scenery. The centerpiece is the massive 10x10 complex featuring twin towers with an ample parking lot with garage, lush greenery, and a beautiful front plaza. Included in the following package are a total of 3 lots: two CO$$ growables and one CO$$ ploppable. The ploppable one can be found in the landmarks menu near the top.     KOSC presents: East Point Offices Introduction This is the seventh set of lots in my ITS Office Park series. East Point Offices focuses on my original goal for the series, which was a collection of small to large size lots to create dozens of different office park configurations. You may also notice a slight style change with this one (and everything after!); with the exception of a few lots, everything is now fully seasonal. In addition, the parking lots have also been slightly tuned up as well. (thanks nos.17! ) Package Overview East Point Offices is a collection of growable office lots built from Ill Tonkso’s East Point BAT. Lots range from tight plazas lined with palm trees to massive, seasonal tree lined parking lots. The larger ones especially feature plenty of open grass space and even ponds and fountains. Included in the following package are a total of 13 lots, all of which are CO$$ growables. Each lot contains up to 3 office buildings. There are 7 lots with 1 building, 4 lots with 2 buildings, and 2 lots with 3 buildings. Refer to the screenshots for the required zoning layout.     KOSC Presents: 280 Executive Square Introduction This is the sixth set of lots in my ITS Office Park series. 280 Executive is a return to my monotonous, massive campus-style of office complexes with one of my personal favorite of Ill Tonkso’s BATs: 280 Bishopgate. This time around I wanted to experiment with layout and FAR conformity and as such, the total complex takes up a huge amount of real estate. Package Overview 280 Executive Square is a massive 6 building hi-spec office complex for your middle class sims. The campus is dotted with trees and boasts many open spaces, including parks and ponds. On the open walkways you’ll find fountain plazas and shady benches for relaxation. The complex is also very bike friendly, with tons of bike racks scattered throughout. Included in the following package are a total of 12 lots, which included 8 growables and 4 ploppables. The actual complex is pieced together from four lots (labelled as Phase 1-4/Buildings A-F). There are 2 different growable commercial versions (CO$$ and CS$$) in order to satisfy the endless stream of service demand that large cities often experience. The ploppable version is only available in CO$$, and comes with custom menu icons. If for whatever reason you want to plop the service version, you can use Buggi's buildingPlop cheat and find the lots. (prefixed with KOSC ITS 280 Executive _name_) General Stats All ploppables are located near the top of the landmarks menu. All growables will grow starting from Low-Density.     KOSC presents: Trafalgar Complexes Introduction This is the fourth set of lots in my ITS Office Park series. I was originally going to release this around 2 months ago, but the beast that was Skylines took me out of my SC4 mood . In a slight departure from previous releases of the series, this lot is multi-purposed for not only offices, but also residential and services. Originally there were supposed to be more lot variants, but due to the nature of the building and the age of it, I decided not to proceed forward. Therefore, this is in a sense, a TIOLI (take it or leave it) lot. Package Overview Trafalgar Complexes is a reinmagination of Ill Tonkso's original Trafalgar Hall BAT, which was a small, standalone midrise. There are two distinct variants, but all of them share the same layout. The office version is marked by the concrete pavement, while the hotel and condominium versions have dark asphalt pavement with brickwork in the main driveway. Included in the following package are a total of 3 growables versions (1 for CO, CS and R). There are no ploppable versions this time around. However, you can use the BuildingPlop cheat from Extra Cheats to plop them if you wish (all the lot exemplars are prefixed with KOSC ITS _buildingname_ ). Tonsko Corporate Park is the suburban counterpart to my previous urban release, the Ill Tonkso Plaza. Like it, this release consists of multiple buildings on one lot, to achieve a cohesive, monotonous design often found in very large office campuses.     KOSC presents: ITS Office Parks - CIS Center Introduction Let's go bigger! CIS Center is a MEGAlot combining two individual Ill Tonkso releases: CIS Tower Manchester and CIS Tower 2 Manchester. Like their namesake, the two buildings have a similar design and theme which is why I thought they would look great as one massive plaza. Package Overview CIS Center is an urban centric office park/plaza with a major tower and two smaller towers. The focal point is the marble-paved plaza facing the main tower directly, with tree lined pathways as well as several fountains. Tucked away to the sides are narrower pathways shaded by massive deciduous trees as well as the looming offices above. Finally, lost in the back is a small service parking lot. Most workers choose instead to park in large garages across the street instead. This package contains a growable and a ploppable (it "grows" too!). Both lots share the same stats. Today I'm introducing Ill Tonkso Plaza, a massive multi-MEGAlot complex as a tribute to one of my favorite BATers and his kit of incredible midrise buildings, a category in SC4 that was fairly neglected back then. Like with my Maxis sets, the office parks consists of multiple like/unlike buildings on one lot with a cohesive theme/design. However, I've decided to break free from the Maxis mold since the default textures just absolutely do NOT do justice to these buildings. The town was recently incorporated from unincorporated regional lands. The name is based upon a popular spoof in Windemere - calling multiple moose "meese." This was the name which won a competition to name the new town during the incorporation process. The town was created because of demand for development in its current boundaries - the town has 2 vital highways running through it. So let's go take a look at the developments which has already begun in this new town... First up we have a small new industrial development. Consisting of 2 buildings, this is only the first of many future high-tech industry being constructed in the town. By requirement of the new town council (which currently operates out of regional office buildings until a town hall can be constructed) demands the trees in this area be preserved due negate some of the pollution from the highway. The communication towers have been a long-standing fixture of highway travellers in Windemere. Also recently constructed are 3 new office buildings. To finish off for today, a trumpet interchange. This interchange pre-dates The Town of Meese, having been here for numerous years. In fact, the reason demand for development is so high in Meese is due to the highway access - so it is only fitting we finish off with the interchange.
