    The stage # threw me off... I was under the impression you need CAM for buildings with stages 9 and up. BTW your buildings are fantastic.

    7z works as well, you just have to open the files manually by right clicking, selecting 7z and then Open Archive.

    Marvelous! Love the "horse's hoof" shape of the building rather than the traditional square/rectangular buildings, it nicely breaks things up in my CBD... and as always: details, details, details! Just fantastic! Thank you for making and sharing.

    Hello, I hope that someone can possibly help me. I love the TIMES BUILDING - SimCity 4 Buildings - Simtropolis and I feel like I have all the necessary dependencies, but for some reason when the building grows, I get a brown box right in front of it. Does anyone know what prop goes in front of the building or what I may be missing? Is the included subway station also a prop in front of the building and I need to have it in my plug-ins folder as well? Thank you for your help.

    Nice nightlighting and roof details. The building reminds me of some apartments back home (Poland). Can never have enough residential apartments for a very nice variety in the game, so this is a great addition. Thank you!

    Nice little residential building to add variety. Reminds me of some of the older brick low-rise multi-family apartments in the forgone industrial areas in coastal Connecticut towns.
