Want to recreate a rounded garden square like those of central London? Here's a curved row of Regency stucco mansions you can plop once or twice around a crescent or an oval, complemented by the respective centrepieces. Along with the 11x2 crescent lot I've also included a 4x3 orthogonal lot named "Stucco Villas". These S3D models can be enjoyed from any camera angle, and the all-inclusive file weighs only 142 KB. HOW TO USE: 1) Lay down a street crescent or oval as in the images 2) Prompt the "BuildingPlop" extracheat, look for "R$$$ JFF Stucco Crescent", and plop it to match the street layout 3) "Growify" as low or medium density residential 4) Find the "Crescent Square" or the "Oval Square" in your parks menu and plop it at the centre 5) Decorate the gardens and square with your favourite MMPs. Building wall-to-wall neighbourhoods is fun, but it can be hard along diagonal roads and corners. So here's a pack of 6 Victorian industrials coming in various shapes and sizes to plop around odd intersections. Each of them provides 50 IM jobs and low pollution levels. As usual the models are suitable for all camera angles, and the whole pack weighs a mere 260 KB. Fractional-angle networks are a fantastic addition to the game, but finding suitable custom content to line them with can be a challenge. So here is a pack of 10 residentials including semi-detached, detached, and row houses of all wealth levels that can be plopped neatly along FA2 or FA3 roads. For each model there is also an ortho version, handy to create consistent neighbourhoods or in case you just don't use FA networks. Details on the lot sizes can be found in the included documentation images. As usual the models are suitable for all camera angles, and the all-in-one file weighs just 524 KB. For fellow mayors who still have diagonal high streets to fill, a second set of 6 detailed shop parades. They come in 1x1 lots with overhanging props in various lengths, covering from 2.5 to 5 diagonal tiles. Three of them are Cs$$ and three are Cs$. Cs$$ parade 45 comes in lot A, B, and C each with different shops and layout, as they are meant to be placed with diagonal streets in between them. The ploppable version includes icons in the landmark menu, and the description will tell you how many tiles each parade covers. Alternatively you can download the growable version and plop these with the LotPlop extracheat, like I personally do. In this case you'll find them listed under JFF_Cs$$/Cs$_shop parade (you may want to keep the documentation images for easy reference). Both versions only weigh about 1200 KB, the rest of the download is pictures! Fun fact: remember when the total number of shop fronts from all parades was 1000? With these we reach 1068, and if we also count the shops from the commercial corners, diagonals, and transitions, we get past 1200. Seriously, isn't this con-sim-erism? Here come 15 more w2w commercials to to help fill your diagonal high streets with historical character buildings from various parts of Britain. For example, the right portion of #23 features what was until recently the oldest English chemist in Knaresborough, Yorkshire; #24 is a wine whop from Hereford; #30 was loosely modelled after the "Board & Elbow" pub in Penrith, Cumbria, and #33 is the "Victoria Stakes" pub from Muswell Hill, in North London. These shops and offices cover each one diagonal tile, except for #30 and #31, which cover one and a half, and #35, which is a half-tile filler meant to bridge the gaps between short and long diagonals. Not sure how to fill those odd corners formed by diagonal networks and roundabouts? Here's a pack of 20 w2w shops and offices in various sizes, shapes, and styles meant to help in those settings. You can download the PLOP version and find them in the landmark menu as landmarks with jobs, or go for the GROW version and plop them with the LotPlop extracheat -in that case look for "JFF Commercial Corner 01-20"). Once you've plopped the commercial you want, you can fill any uncovered pavement tiles with your favourite plazas or pedestrian pieces. As usual the models are S3Ds suitable for all camera angles. The all-inclusive file weighs 1.8 MB for the GROW version, which comes with a custom till sound, and 2.97 MB for the PLOP version, which has a custom pub sound. Here's a fun set for everyone ---- it's the old familiar Maxis R$$ 2 story houses from the Chicago 1890 tileset. I have lotted them so that you can place them adjacent to FA3 roadways. These are great for filling in areas with houses that already may exist nearby. They are neutral landmarks that cost noting to operate. The original nightlighting still works the same. There are 6 lots for visual variety, all 3x1 --- 3 are left-facing, 3 are right-facing Only dependency is Maxis bldgs as props for the houses. I've always been quite fond of these. Have fun! -

Do you still get a pesky white pick-up roaming your street despite using the full horse-drawn carriage set? It turns out the problem was caused by a mistake found by @CorinaMarie in the Maxis exemplar 10910000. But now this file overrides the Maxis bug, replacing the pick-up with a carriage in a new colour variation. Apparently there is demand for a diagonal park, so here I am uploading this floral composition which is meant to represent... a Christmas tree? Give character and variety to your 7.5 mt viaducts with this set of 10 easy-to-use cosmetic skins inspired by various bridges around the UK! Simply find them in the misc. transport menu and plop them on the slope next to the network as shown in the picture. The lots are transparent therefore suitable for any terrain. If you need to use them with some texture-based wall set, you can add the texture you want in the Lot Editor. Since the lots are plopped on the slope, they don't take up any valuable space nor interfere with traffic in any way, plus they are designed to allow MMPs on top in order to blend seamlessly in your scene. The pack includes 3 bridges covering a span of 1 tile, 5 bridges covering 2 tiles, and 2 covering 3 tiles. Plop cost is respectively 75, 108, and 140; maintenance costs 5, 8, and 10. Like in real life, these bridges have a mild landmark effect. The total pack size is only 186 KB and no dependencies are required.
