Cambridge Avenue Duplex  1.0.0

About This File

One of a few similar duplex style lots in the Playter Estates neighborhood of Toronto, a cozy (and expensive) little suburb with many antique Victorian style houses.

A simple little 1x2 R$$ lot (with a R$$$ rental price) for a more densely populated older suburb. This one didn't appear very frequently when I tried letting it appear naturally in game so it might be best to use the building plop option if you really want it to show up.

*:thumb: to the authenticity- relatives lived in the Detroit version. Similarities not surprising given the proximity of the Motor City and Toronto. Will plop near Poplar Apartments! Thanks.

Nice little residential building to add variety. Reminds me of some of the older brick low-rise multi-family apartments in the forgone industrial areas in coastal Connecticut towns. *:thumb:

Looks great - this is one of those ubiquitous, but often overlooked smaller buildings necessary to build US-style neighborhoods. Thanks for sharing *:thumb:

Very nice! This type of apartment building is also common in many American cities such as Erie, Buffalo, Cleveland, Youngstown, Cincinnati, etc...I love seeing Rust Belt-esque buildings of any kind. Great work!
