Nice nightlighting and roof details. The building reminds me of some apartments back home (Poland). Can never have enough residential apartments for a very nice variety in the game, so this is a great addition. Thank you! 

The modelling is very well done, as is the attention to the roof and the nightlighting. This will blend into a variety of urban environments, and 5x2 is an uncommon but useful lot size. Midrise residential is the basis of many cities and this is a lovely addition. Thank you on012222!
