A cozy little low rise apartment in Denver I saw on the The Shining TV miniseries (thanks to @sarcosis for reminding me where I saw it). I have never been to Denver so I can't add much other than it seems like a decent little neighborhood it is located in. Like most in game apartments it is a 3x2 lot, this one I made into R$ since it looks older and quite plain. Not really sure what else to add, I gave it standard boring night lights but I might go back and give it a manually lit interior at some point.- 3 Comments

Working on a little low rise corner apartment, realized I had not made a pure residential lot yet so that had to change. The textures are still very much incomplete but this is the idea

This small warehouse is located in Portland, Oregon near the Slabtown district, an interesting neighborhood that seems to be a neat mix of light industrial and also high wealth residential. No idea what this building even is or any other information about it, just a neat inconspicuous little warehouse that caught my eye in street view. Only thing I can guess is from the look of it, it's an early 20th century design with some refits. Just a boring little 1x2 lot tailored for wall to wall, and also to be against a back wall as well like many industrial blocks in Portland are. I made it CS$ since whenever I try to assign a lot to be industrial it never appears naturally in game. I changed it from green to a natural brick color since the green did not mesh well with the roof textures and I wanted to give it the legacy look of the time frame which it was most likely constructed in. -
More boring little industrial crap on the way:

BAT - Getting Started Guide / FAQ / Resources / Help
Rott replied to Jasoncw's topic in SC4 BAT & Lot Workshop
Ah, yes I think we got it now. I swear I did this exact thing and it didn't work but I may have overlooked something. Tough to tell if it's Gmax being Gmax or me being a forever noob, thanks again Matt. -
BAT - Getting Started Guide / FAQ / Resources / Help

Well I guess it was a matter of time before this happened... I tried to merge it without the camera and lights (it only has nightlight windows so that shouldn't be the problem) And also redid the LODs, but still it occurred. Anyone? -

This is an old abandoned fire hall outside Buffalo, New York built in 1908. It previously had a third floor with a peaked roof that was removed somewhere down the line. Some changes I made to this over the actual building, it is condensed from what would probably be a 1x3 or 1x4 deep lot to 1x2 and removed the back section. The brick texture isn't as worn and I gave it proper windows and added the hose tower to reflect it still being in use rather than dilapidated. Also it looks a lot disproportionate to the actual building because I had to widen it to make it wall to wall compatible. The specs are the default fire station specs used by SC4 Plugin Manager, standard funding (I think) and one fire engine, as a building this size would house.- 1 Comment
