  1. 11 King Street West

Looking at the daytime, was thinking "very sleek", then saw the amazing nightlights and was just speechless.  I commend you on the effort this obviously took!
  2. First off, I am totally taken with these walls! :3 There is a distinct lack of extremely well-done sunken highway walls methinks. And I agree with FaintForrk, a straight filler and possibly a half of the ramp pieces would be very nice to have. (ie straight would be the middle section of the ramps piece, to fill the gaps between overpasses/ramps) (half would be ie the offramp half and onramp halves separately).
  3. Creek Park Stadium

Truly amazing and detailed! I love it :3 Canal Park Stadium in Akron has a similar brick-type design to evoke the fields of yore, and this reminds me of it (albeit smaller).
  4. public swimming pool

I like it and use this in my small neighborhoods, as a sort of "walk-to" swimming pool. Sort of like a small nice amenity neighborhoods would add for local residents.
  5. RMIP-2 Airport Lots by Voltaire

Voltaire, these packs make me want to make airports, rather than just plop whatever to make my sims stop complaining that cars can't float the other continents... And I want to say that the level of research and effort you are giving is appreciated! These are definately great and deserving of 10's!
  6. Worst Expressways

It doesn't compare to some of these, but SR 8 in Akron Ohio, was overcongested *before* it was finished decades ago. The point southbound just before the blue bridge over the valley is a blind corner where for no freaking reason, people slow down. You're going 55mph, then suddenly 20mph. You get around the corner, and 55mph again! They fixed the 20 foot onramp/offramp distances a bit now, but they are also dangerous. Imagine merging onto a sunken 4-lane highway from a dead stop with all of 20' to get into 55-70mph traffic! Also, at the Central interchange, you have three lanes on SR 8 northbound. Right lane is merged two onramps from I-76, they have to get in the middle lane or exit, people in the middle need to get on the right to exit, and left lane are not paying attention... equals fun merging times.
  7. highways

Although I do not grid all of my cities (just the CBD), I typically use highways as beltways to skirt around the city, with suburbs outside and C+I inside. These then have a few T junctions which drop down to avenues, which run to the heart of the city. Then I try to force the sims to use only those to get around town.
  8. DEDWD Transit Hub for GL Hwy 1

Very innovative and effective method of improving on freeway usage!
  9. The Metropolitan Mall

A great solution to the CS deficiencies one can run into, and looks great to boot! Although lacking seas of asphalt makes it less realistic, I think a parking deck looks better ingame.
  10. Interchange Developments

Regarding the conditions of roads, I can attest in Akron Ohio that our concrete roads are nice, but two months (or two days) after completion, there are other repairs done (sewer, water, etc) and instead of patching with *concrete*, they patch it with asphalt... making a horrible sinkhole! Why they don't do infrastructure *before* the road, I never will know. For highways that are mildly useless, I point out US 224 west of I-71, which doesn't really need to be a four-lane divided highway. Also, the I-480 east of I-271 SE of Cleveland doesn't seem useful, given traffic levels. And regarding a Y-interchange, if it would look good and function properly, I'd use it methinks.
  11. Tower Residence

This is extremely well-detailed and ornate, and I also like those palms. However, I would prefer the same style building, just half the size and perhaps R$$, but that's my preference.
  12. PEG CSK2 Locks

Yay, now my canals no longer must transition from multi- to single-tile widths to exchange elevation! My sims will be happy for the lower shipping costs of the bigger scows.
  13. HK Arch 1

This has to be among the best buildings I've seen at night in SC4. Not too big, but impressive at the same time. A superb work done here!
  14. pegasus, your bat's feel like loosely-tied themes that can be used together, or in parts, just like the original design of sc4. and yet, they bring such pizazz and simplicity as to make them far cooler than just that. wanted to say I appreciate the things you create!
  15. PEG CSK Add on 3

pegasus bat = 10... and who gave less on this one?
  16. PEG CSK Add On 1

As someone who lives in a city that exists only because of a canal (Akron OH), I am ecstatic getting to put them in my cities now! Very good work on these, as on all of your works that seem to keep populating more and more of my regions... like little BAT-bunnies or something.
  17. Mosaic Plaza BzB

Very nice to have a plaza without so much bare pavement which looks so harsh in my downtowns... Blends in far better than the standard park for that, whilst being resourceful in using existing materials.
  18. small theater pack

Very nice and growables are always a plus!
  19. Eglise SaintPierre Saive

Very nice, good subtle textures to blend into a small village. And finally, dead people outside of those gigantic cemetaries!
  20. Deconstructivist Mc Donalds

Or reflect on just where *is* the darn drive-thru?
  21. SimCity 3000 News

One of the greatest aspects of sc3k, sorely missed but now added! Thank you!
  22. PEG Trail Parks III

Finally, I can make nice park trails to go with the tennis court!
  23. PEG Abyss Garbage Chute

Makes me wonder now, shouldn't parents be lobbying the mayor to install some sort of fencing around every Simcity? Just imaging the number of children, pets, wildlife, trees, etc that are lost each year to this pressing Abyss issue?
  24. PEG Tennis Park

I always wondered why the tennis courts felt ... wrong. Now I understand! Guess maxis figuered the Sims would be terrific tennis players?
