Hey, can I ask you a related question about the neko props? I'm having issues with a missing prop, along the diagonal one-ways. I think it's a street light. Any ideas what I'm missing? I've installed all the dependencies for the z_zJPN_SideWalk_Mod2. Thanks in advance if you have any idea

Cheers - thanks to both you and @Aka! Any idea how to remove the T21s/props etc from individual networks? I'd love to take the utility poles off of one-ways only. The goal is to remove this while keeping the streets intact - wondering if that's easy or hard?

Really enjoying this style, loving the variety, and the level of detail on both the building and the lot is very thoughtful and well-done. Always need another auto-body shop. I like the lighting too, and the windows, and the way you included cars baked into the model. Will be looking at this one for years. Really great work! Thank you 5/5

Oh cool!! Love this style, would you maybe release a whole set of diagonals like this? I would love to do a whole diagonal avenue with lots like this, I love the density level and your level of detail, especially the diagonal parking is very cool and useful. After 20+ years, why don't we have any Garden Apartments? These are all over the united states, thousands of these developments are in our towns and cities. Chances are, if you're American, you've seen them or lived in one. They provide excellent missing middle suburban density, and are well-suited for larger lots like 4x4, 6x6, etc. For inspiration, visit this list of over 1000 garden apartment sites across the USA. Love this Northeastern style with communal wooded courtyards. Dumpier versions can be found strewn along highways like US-46, in Lodi, NJ. Some very ritzy versions exist, like along Cedar Lane in Teaneck - or Palisade Ave in Englewood Cliffs, also in NJ. Find entire neighborhoods of these in NYC, like Bell Park Gardens or this one in NJ nearby the highway. Most common are little one-offs on small lots, in towns. Also common - sprawling public housing projects! I have lost my free time to model lately - but would love for someone to invest a little of theirs, making a beautiful set of models! Thanks for hearing my plea.
