About This File

Three small businesses situated in a single nondescript building, perfect for the transition between low density residential neighborhoods and denser commercial districts.

Included is a 2x3 growable orthogonal lot, a 1x1 ploppable diagonal with just the building, and a 1x2 ploppable diagonal with an attached parking lot. The version with the parking lot can only be placed on flat terrain.

Each has 44 CS$ jobs.

 

Dependencies:

The dependencies are for the ortho version only. If you only want the diagonals, then everything is included as part of the model.

Oh cool!! Love this style, would you maybe release a whole set of diagonals like this? I would love to do a whole diagonal avenue with lots like this, I love the density level and your level of detail, especially the diagonal parking is very cool and useful. I think I'll be using this one TOO MUCH till you release the next. Really cool work!! Thank you

thank you for this beautiful building and the 2 versions of diagonal & orthogonal    the ortho grew well and the diagonal plop works well with an appropriate number of jobs  great night lighting too  a must have for the less glamorous areas of SC4
