So... What's Up, Dock? Our next installment for the CSK2 is appropriately misnamed as its loaded with nothing but industrial docks for your channel and canal systems. Nothing says "Industrial Grunge" better than murky water lapping up against creosote pilings with the occasional 3-eyed fish floating on the surface. This collection of 6 new lots for the CSK2 will allow you to build an active waterfront in and around your industrial areas. These docks are loaded for bear with ever-changing barge traffic, shuffling dock cargo and plenty of hourly workers trying to look busy until their next coffee break. The 6 lots included are: 3 different styles of 1x1 Docks you can use to create variety along your riverfronts. A 3x1 row of Extended Docks to quickly cover long stretches of waterfront. An Inner & an Outer Corner Dock so you can build continuous docks of any shape or size. All dock lots have no positive or negative effects on the surrounding area. They are YIMBY/NIMBY non-gratis. They do produce a very small amount of water pollution but nothing collectively noticeable. Each lot costs 1 buck to maintain and they are all very reasonably priced to plop. They will appear in your Water Transportation Menu below the other CSK2 lots. ** This Add-On requires the PEG CSK2 This file also requires an updated version of the PEG CSK Channel Barges. * If you downloaded the Barges file prior to 9/19/05, you can either re-download the Barge props or apply a small patch file that is included with this download. Yes... it produces electricity. Yes... traffic can travel across it. Yes... its designed for use with the PEG Pond Kit II. And Yes... it's pretty DAM cool! Finally, the long lost hydro dams of yester-versions are back to provide your Sims with clean & cheap power. Now you can run a river down from your mountains using the Pond Kit II and build a series of these Hydro Dams that will provide even your largest cities with ample power & water. Each dam produces about the same power as a Solar Power Plant. With version 2.07, each dam will increase the efficiency of connected water pumps by an extra 4,000 cu per month. The building & maintenance costs are about the same as a natural gas power plant. ** This lot is not transit enabled. Its a single lot that plops on both sides of an existing road, street or rail. You can also run elevated rail across it... or trail parks... or zone it and see what develops. This package includes the Waterfall Bottom lots (PEG_Pond-WFB_205.dat) that can be used to create the water turbulence on the lower side of the dam. The CDK3 Garbage dock (aka.. Sanitation Department Product Disposal Facility) uses a new cutting edge technology to get rid of your city's trash. Ok, ok... it actually uses an "over-the-edge" technology pioneered with the Pegadyne Garbage Chute. The garbage scows haul the trash out to "The Edge" and, like the chute, simply toss it over the side. You can pretend that the scows are actually hauling the trash off to neighboring city, per some garbage deal you may have. Or you can even imagine that the trash to taken to a high-tech, state of the art & environmentally safe refuse elimination facility. But we all know they are just dumping it into the Abyss. In order to keep the cost of disposing of your garbage as low as possible, the Sanitation Department has reduced overhead by eliminating unnecessary & expensive items...such as maintenance. This is most evident in the facility's four garbage scows, the S.S. POS... the S.S. Poo... the S.S. Tetanus... and the S.S. Chum. The 2 lots (4x3 & 8x5) are functional garbage removal facilities... hybrids of a standard landfill and trash incinerator. They will appear in the Garbage Utilities Menu. Like the Garbage Chute, your city's garbage trucks will bring trash to them. The trucks will even drive slowly through the lot as if stopping to dump trash. Where a landfill stores your trash until it is filled up, these lots will hold it just long enough to dispose of it. The 4x3 lot disposes of 500 tons of trash per month... which is double the rate (and cost) of the Garbage Chute. The 8x5 lot, which also has a rail connection, disposes of 1,000 tons of trash per month. If your city produces less than the capacities of these lots, then they will eliminate all of it. Otherwise, you will need more than one of these lots... or a landfill or trash deal to handle the excess. Use of recycling facilities and environmental ordinances can significantly reduce the amount of trash your city produces. * If you do not have adequate facilities to handle all of your city's trash, the excess will build up, eventually becoming visible in your city and greatly reduce wealth & desirability. About The Custom Query... The lots contain a custom query that displays all of your city's garbage stats. Near the top, the number of tons of garbage the dock is processing is displayed. This figure is updated several times throughout the month, even when the query window is open. The City Wide Stats displayed in the middle area of the query window are primarily the stats for the previous month as the stats only get calculated by the game at the end of each month. The Total Uncollected Garbage stat is also updated each month, but is not a monthly figure. It reflects the total amount of garbage in your city that you could not process in some manner. Keep an eye on this statistic. If it grows, you have a potential crisis on your hands and will need to expand your garbage processing capabilities. The ideal number for this stat is Zero!! * The Garbage Processed stat reflects all the garbage that was processed by any Waste to Energy plants, the Garbage Chutes and, of course, the Garbage Docks. * The Bodies Found statistic is a calculated indicator of the efficiency of your law enforcement. After literally months in development and countless trips back to the drawing board, Pegasus Productions is proud to finally release this Deluxe Edition of the Pond Kit. Although similar in appearance, every lot and model have been rebuilt from the pond bottom up to eliminate the bad and make room for the good. Improvements in the Deluxe Edition include: 1. NO SEAMS!! That's right... those pesky hairline seams that appeared between many sections are now gone for good. 2. Improved Slope Tolerance. It is now possible to build a straight river up a modest slope. Larger areas such as ponds and lakes should still be built on level areas... but you can easily run straight sections of a river up a smooth incline. 3. WATERFALLS!!! Yes... we finally engineered an improved system for making waterfalls that are easy to plop and nice to look at. Blending old & new... texture and BAT, we now have a waterfall that will flex and stretch to fit any single-tile height slope you create. With left, center and right side waterfall lots, you can create a waterfalls virtually any width. These lots also include the top, center and bottom of the falls all in a single lot. No more separate top and bottom lots to contend with. 4. Open Modular Architecture. The Pond Kit has been restructured from the ground up to allow easier add-ons. This includes completely new pond styles that you will be able to change as easily as a rock or water mod style by simply exchanging a single file. This will also allow transparent versions of each style so those of you who use alternate terrain or snow mods will be able to use the ponds as well. 5. Reduced Costs... Reduced Effects. The plop and maintenance costs have been reduced significantly. Accordingly, the Park & Landmark effects have been reduced as well. Although the cost and effects for each lot was fairly modest, collectively, it all could easily add up to a significant monthly expense and and an easily capped out desirability. The new reductions should make even extensive water systems affordable and viable in rural and agricultural areas. 6. Auto Update!! Probably the best news of all for those with extensive Pond systems, this new kit will automatically update all your existing Pond lots in the game... except for the water tiles with Lilly Pads. Just remove the old files, install the new ones... and you're all set... except for replopping any Lilly Pad water tiles, of course. Collectively, all these new features add up to a much improved and much easier to use Pond/River development system. With these new standards now in place, the flood gates are finally open for new add-ons, new styles and lots of new development in your cities. Feel the Power. What a Rush !! This is a simple mod that reskins the existing game default Power Transmission Towers to a consistent silvery-gray / oxidized metal color. The red "candy stripe" paint scheme is fairly rare and this uniform galvanized gray color is far more common. The game default towers are done well and the design is a common one. So only the "red" had to go. These are not new BAT models. The images used by the 4 tower models were exported, modified to remove the red... and imported back into the game. * Once installed in your Plugins folder, the mod will change the appearance of all the power transmission towers in the game. To change them back, simply remove the file from your Plugins folder. The changes are instant and automatic. There is no need to replop the towers. ** No dependencies. This CDK II Transition lots are designed to allow a smoother visual transition from the 2 tile deep standard CDK industrial lots to the special 4 tile deep CDK lots. They will also provide a smooth transition to the 4 tile deep Navy bases. There is a left-side and a right-side transition lot. Each lot is slightly different in appearance. The right-side lot has alternating water taxi and freight shuttle boats that shuffle throughout the day to simulate activity. Both lots have the same properties as a standard 1x CDK II industrial lot and plop in the same fashion. As with all CDK industrial lots, both lots contain numerous random props for variety and simulate the look and sounds of an active industrial waterfront area. ** These lots require the installation of the PEG CDK II Industrial Style. Less time in God Mode... more time playing!! Designed for use with the CDK... but useful just about anywhere. THE LEVELER is a fast & simple alternative to using those hard-to-master and often fussy terrain tools. This is a ploppable lot... not a tool. You plop it where you want level land... you bulldoze it... then you develop on it. No more three finger salutes to the God Mode Terrain tools just to level an area. Also... No more destroying everything in the area when leveling. Surrounding lots will be unaffected when using this tool-lot. Offered in 2 sizes (4x4 and 1x4), you can control the area to be leveled by where and how you plop it. For perfect, level CDK & waterfront usage, plop it like a CDK lot. The tiles behind the lot will be level and ready for roads, etc... For inland leveling, point the orientation arrow downhill and the area covered will level to the bottom side of the lot. These lots have no dependencies... are free to plop and cost just a buck to bulldoze. **This file currently contains an .exe installer suitable for windows users. These files are in the process of being updated with zip files and this message will be removed once the update is complete. As Mayor, you have done such a fine job that the Navy is just tickled pink (well... grey, actually) and is looking at your city as the ideal location to build a base for their reserve squadron of destroyers. These old "Greyhounds of the Sea" may be a tad long in the tooth but they are still a vital part of our maritime defense strategy. Like their namesakes, they may be a bit old but they are well maintained, very hardy and just as functional & productive as the day they slid down the ways. This Navy Reserve Center is the 3rd in the Navy Base chain of conditional rewards with each subsequent base requiring just a bit more of your mayoral skills. It has features and properties similar to the first 2 Naval bases and fits on a 8x4 tile lot. It is transit enabled & a moderate polluter... but provides jobs to civilian workers as well as income to the city each month. It's designed to be compatible with the CDK but can be used separately. Using the new CDKN building methodology that is utilized by all new naval facilities, this third Navy Pier brings the base to life with new buildings and dockside props and personnel that shuffle & change throughout the day. The two piers are actual a single base model utilizing separate "veneer" models to provide different cargo & personnel details on each pier. Each subsequent base will require a little more mayoral effort and city development before becoming available. This base requires a city population of over 30,000, a mayor rating of 45+, Seaport usage over 75, a city that is at least 17% water (still notably less than the requirement for the Marina)... or completion of the good Fishing Boat Mission. The lot's dynamic icon info lists these requirements as well as the current levels of each requirement so you can see how close you are getting. This second offering of mountain-specific, growable RES lots for the MTP features 4 variations of the popular A-Frame styled log cabins. There are 16 new lots in this collection... all of them Medium Wealth with varying densities that your low-wealth cabins will eventually grow into. These are definitely more "up-scale" than the basic log cabins... but not quite to the "we're so rich, we crap money" stage. That will come in the third release of High-Wealth growable MTP lots. But in the mean time, these are pretty nice and really add a mountain "feel" to the area. In order to have growable lots specific to the Mountain Theme, we have used 2x5, 3x5 & 5x5 custom lot sizes. Ordinary, game-default RES lots will not grow on custom lots of this size. The player must create custom zones of this size... which is easy to do by holding down the CTRL key while using the mouse to drag out the zone size. Because larger, custom lot sizes are required, several cabins are spaced out on the lot to represent several homes occupying the area. The resident values have been adjusted upwards to reflect the number of homes on each lot. Additionally, these lots are designed to accommodate the sloped terrain of mountainous areas. The cabin models are designed with extended foundations that merge into sloped terrain.... so instead of a building on top of a concrete block, you get cabins that merge realistically into the hillside. These a-frame cabins also feature elevated decks supported by pilings that adjust to almost any degree of slope. The lots use random building & prop families so the cabins will always be different on each lot. The cabins also use the new Random Smoke feature... so you will see smoke coming from their chimneys at different times of the day. * The MTP Growable RES lots are part of a much larger & expanding theme. These are not just simple "install and hope they grow" lots. These lots are part of a full-cycle residential community spanning all density types... that will grow and update into newer, wealthier versions of themselves. They are not intended to supplement the existing array of residential RCI lots. They are designed to fully replace them.. but only in areas or cities controlled by the player via use of custom zoning sizes. Dam It !! And then use it to make power. That's the smartest Dam thing to do with your rivers. And this new small Hydroelectric Dam will allow you to do just that. Hydroelectric power is clean, renewable... and very cheap to produce. If you have the water source to power it, it is definitely one of your best options for powering your cities. This small Hydro Dam is typical of many such structures constructed along waterways throughout the world. This particular version produces 2,500 MWh/month at a monthly operating cost of §200 for a §0.08 MWh cost... making it one of the cheapest clean power sources in the game. The actual lot is 4 tiles wide by a single tile deep... but it will occupy an area that is approx. 6x2 tiles in size.The model is designed to extend beyond the lot's boundaries and fit into the surrounding terrain to make the dam look as it if were actually built into the canyon walls. This dam can not be plopped on level terrain. The terrain will need to be modified to accommodate it. However, the required terrain editing is fairly simple and the readme file includes instructions and a pic of what the terrain should look like. The Hydro Dam itself does not use any specific "above sea-level" ploppable water mod. It is designed to be used with any ploppable water mods you prefer to use and has been successfully tested with several of them. The ploppable water shown here is from the soon to be released new PEG PPond Kit which includes the custom water turbulence lots plopped at the bottom of the dam. * As the dam has no convenient road access, it does not currently provide any jobs. An optional, small, auxiliary lot for the dam (with the jobs) is currently in development. This will be a small lot that you can plop near the dam that will provide employee parking and underground access to the dam. ** This lot has no dependencies. That nasty old alley is back. But this time... it has friends!! The PEG Alley Kit now includes 4 different alleys for use in Residential, Rural, Industrial & Commercial areas. The Residential Alley remains very similar to the original. Its ideal to place between rows of homes to provide that classic, established neighborhood look. The new Rural Alley is almost identical to the Residential alley but takes "grunge" to the next level by ripping up the asphalt and leaving simple packed dirt. It look quite natural in rural settings and "low-value" residential areas. The new Industrial Alley adds a new twist by visually serving as an industrial parking area as well as functioning as a lower capacity Bus Stop. This promotes the use of mass transit in your cities. It also solves the problem of having to find a single tile in your industrial areas for a normal bus stop where it either prevents a larger industry from developing or blocks the road access to what ever develops behind it. The new Commercial Alley also pulls extra duty by functioning as a lower capacity Parking Structure that increases the efficiency of nearby mass transit. The COM alley also has small park/plaza effects to promote commercial development and can be used to dress up High Tech industrial areas. It has also been designed to be plopped side-by-side so you can create large, functional parking lots of almost any size. ** All alleys are transit enabled as streets. Commuter & automata traffic will use them as normal streets. But, remember that transit enabled lots do not provide road access to adjacent lots. ** The RES, Rural & IND alleys use the PEG Refuse Relocation Mod to randomly have garbage trucks appear at different times. Therefore, those lots do have a dependency on that mod. The CDK3-SP Container Seaport is a functional seaport that directly replaces the game's default seaport. This is the first and core piece of a series of CDK3 Seaport (CDK3-SP) modular lots that will allow you to build & expand your seaport area, both functionally & visually, to almost any size and the way you want it to be. An associated, functional Container Freight Rail Yard is also under development. This Seaport lot has all the same properties, capacities and costs of the game-default seaport. The lot is a different size (10x5) so any instances of the game default seaport in your cities will have to be replaced. However, the good news on that is that the old seaports will remain functional until you get around to replacing them. You do not have to bulldoze them all before installing the new Seaport. IMPORTANT Due to the limiting nature of the common seaport controller file used by all functional seaport lots, no other custom seaport lots, seaport mods or seaport controller files can be used with this seaport. The only exceptions are the PEG CSK2 Small Port... and an additional CDK3-SP "Break-Bulk" Freight Seaport that is under development. Please read the included readme file for full details. The new Seaport lot uses a gazillion new custom props and most of them are timed to change and/or move throughout the day. Ships arrive and depart twice a day. The booms of the large Post-Panamax cranes raise to allow easy clearance for the ships when arriving/departing... then lower to load & unload containers throughout the day. The yard crane switches from one staging area to another, the stacks of containers grow larger & smaller... and the rail and truck traffic change & move around. RAIL CAPACITY Unlike the game default seaport, this new version allows a direct rail connection and can also receive freight by rail directly from Freight Stations or industry located adjacent to rail. This is accomplished by forcing the Seaport to also act as a Freight Station, converting rail freight to truck freight when it arrives. Whereas the previous CDK Seaport version required that the lot be coded as a freight station, this new version does not. All the "mojo" is now handled in the transit enabling properties... which have also been streamlined to minimize associated traffic congestion. ** The lot is transit enabled for road connections to the driveways and a rail connection . The lot must have road access in order to function properly but the driveways do not actually have to be connected. However, the rail must be connected to the lot for the rail connectivity to function. Rail connectivity is optional. The PEG CDK3-SP Master Seaport Controller Mod is the definitive, single source central seaport developer file for all PEG CDK3-SP seaport lots. If you use the PEG CDK3-SP Seaports & the vast selection of related seaport complex lots, you should install and use this file... and install no other common or central seaport controller mods or files. * This mod uses the archaic yet effective method of alphabetic file & folder naming to ensure that it is loaded last into the game and overwrites any and all conflicting files. Yet, it is still advisable to make sure you do not have any conflicting or non-supported seaport files installed to safeguard your cities from conflicts that could prevent you from being able to load them in the game. All seaport lots share a common Seaport Developer file... which has complicated efforts to develop custom seaport lots for the game which, by default, only included functional support for a single seaport lot. Multiple developers, attempting to make multiple custom seaports lots, traditionally had no option but to develop custom seaports that excluded the use of custom seaport lots developed by others. This new Master Seaport Controller mod overcomes all the previous limitations imposed by the game's default common Seaport Developer file. When installed properly, it will also override & correct any errant or non-compatible functionality data in any previously installed seaports lots that are supported by the mod. This mod will be updated to include new seaport lots as they are developed... including non-PEG seaports created by other developers. Fortunately, its an extremely small file and the ZIP file installation will be a simple, semi-automated process of unzipping the file and allowing it to over write the previous version with the newer one. * The included readme.htm file documents the procedure to be followed by other developers who wish to have their custom seaport lots supported by this mod. This is Version 1.05 of the Master Seaport Controller Mod and currently supports the following seaport lots: 1. PEG CDK3-SP Container Seaport. 2. PEG CDK3-SP Break-Bulk Seaport. 3. PEG CSK2Canal Small Seaport 4. SWAP Package Handling Center (a seaport lot contained in the airport add-on package, used as an airport freight facility) 5. The CDK3-SP Row Warehouses is a collection of 5 lots that are designed for use with the CDK3-SP Seaport series. Styled along the lines of older break-bulk freight warehouses that string along the docks of many harbors, these lots are all modular and designed to join together to form warehouses of any length and can even wrap around corners. Available in 2x, 3x, 4x, Inner & Outer Corner varieties, the lots can be used by themselves or linked together to wrap around any terrain. The lots can also be plopped fully on dry land for use along your railways or part of a larger rail-freight facility. All of the lots are ploppable. All are IND-M lots with jobs, except for the Outer Corner lot which can be difficult to provide road access to. All of the lots are fully compatible with other CDK3-SP lots and can be used anywhere within your CDK3-SP harbor project. The Inner Corner & 4x lots are transit enabled for rail. The other lots are not and therefor can easily be plopped next to each other. The 3x lot features a transit-enabled central driveway that is visually enabled only. It will allow a connection to an adjacent roadway but will not impair traffic flow in anyway. All of the lots feature a multitude of random, timed props that appear and disappear throughout the day to simulate activity. The randomness of the props should allow you to plop numerous lots together without it appearing too repeatitive. By request... this package contains the 3 most requested variations of the PEG Poltergeist Manor. All versions are quite similar to the original and, of course require the original Poltergeist Manor as a dependency. Included in this package are: 1. Poltergeist Manor 365. Another landmark version that remains haunted all year long. The effects were modified so they too will "Haunt Da Hood" 365 days a year. 2. Poltergeist Manor... The Growable. Our first specialty lot for the new CDK Old Wooden Waterfront style is the classic Seaport Village. Commonly found in most commercial ports and harbors in one form or another, the nautical themed shopping area and tourist attraction is always a winning combination and popular with locals and tourists alike. Our Seaport Village is a CS$$$ lot offering jobs and income from taxes. The city will need to fork out some cash to get it going but its a private enterprise and free to the city once built. This lot is designed for use with the PEG-CDK OWW style lots... but can be used stand alone or with any of the other CDK style lots. As vast as the oceans are, they still do not contain enough fish to sustain man's ever-expanding appetite. Commercial fish farms are the planet's best hope to feed its citizens while preventing the natural fish supply from being depleted. The age old profession of fisherman is being replaced by the equally as old profession of farmer. Although commonly referred to as "fish farms, they are technically fish ranches. Like cattle or sheep, fish are bred in captivity and harvested for food. And being grown in a controlled environment, they have no natural predators and are protected from diseases and pollutants that could reduce their numbers. The costs of maintaining the fish and farms is more than offset by the reduced cost of harvesting. No expensive fishing fleets to purchase and maintain. No excessive use of petrol fuels consumed while trolling the oceans in search of fish. No risk of losing boats and crews to storms and other nautical dangers. Plus... no freakin' Greenpeace rubber boats to "accidentally" run over. This lot is s standard CDK3 lot that is 4x6 tiles in size. This mod turns your cities into Christmas... 365 days out of the year. Specifically, the mod changes ALL PEG Christmas props to display year-round in the game. This mod is intended for those who are in the Holiday Spirit... or would truly like to be. Christmas may only come once a year in the real world... but it can come and go about every 3 minutes or so in the game. Now, with this mod, you can enjoy the Holiday festive atmosphere in the game throughout the real-world Holiday season. YOU WILL NOT NEED TO RE-PLOP ANY LOTS. Once the mod is installed, any lot using any of the PEG Christmas props will instantly become decorated for the Holidays. Once the mod is uninstalled, all those lots return back to normal. This is a MTP compliant update to the PEG Random Woods lots which provides a fast & flexible means of adding realistic woodlands to your cities and surrounding rural areas. The Random Woods are ploppable lots, in 1x1 & 2x2 sizes, that blend together to form large, wooded forests. They are fully slope conforming and can be plopped almost anywhere. Their YIMBY effects have also been reduce substantially to avoid blowing out caps. Two versions are included... one with transparent textures which allow the game's natural terrain to show through... and a textured version that uses the new MTP Forest Floor texture and blends well with other MTP lots. The two versions are included in separate files so after installation, you can remove either one if you do not intend to use that style. UPDATING LOTS FROM PREVIOUS VERSIONS The transparent texture lots are not affected by this update. However, the textured versions will not show any changes until they are bulldozed and re-plopped. You can do this at any time... even after the files have been updated. The old version remains fully supported and functional so you can replace them at you leisure. ** These lot were originally designed for seamless integration with the PEG Trail Parks and the PEG Stream Kit. Most popular marinas have some form of Guest Services to accommodate visitors who arrive by boat. Beyond the necessary Guest Dock, the better marinas provide a myriad of services such as arranging for boat repairs and maintenance, providing short & long term berths, making local hotel & restaurant reservations and offering information about local landmarks and attractions. The lot is a CDKM Marina modular lot that aligns with the the boardwalks and parking areas of other CDKM lots. The lot will also be compatible with the new CDK Seaport Village & CDK-OWW collections. The most important function of this lot is to serve as the formal right-end to the Marina complex. The lot visually closes off the boardwalk and parking areas. The lot uses timed, shuffling props to simulate boats tying up to the Guest Dock. During the day, two featured boats willappear and disappear next to the dock. This PEG MTP Series MOD replaces the old PEG-MTP Mayor Mode Pine Tree Mod with a single "click-cycle" menu icon that functions just like the other new PEG Mayor Mode forest mods. This mod uses the same old-style pine trees... just repackaged for easier access and a cleaner Mayor Menu. The old version of the PEG-MTP Mayor Mode Pine Tree Mod can safely be removed from your Plugins folder without affecting any trees plopped in your cities. This mod also features improved parameters for closer clustering. PLEASE NOTE: If the larger trees will not fit in the area you are trying to plop them, you will not be able to click-cycle to them. This is 2 tile wide plaza-style lot for your OWW2 boardwalks that features an eye-catching fountain that is sure to delight your Sims. It is ideal for adding extra variety in longer stretches of your boardwalks. It can be used with your OWW2 Boardwalks, the OWW2-SV Seaport Village and your CDKM Marina complex. PEG MTP Civic Center By Pegasus This is the first of the civic reward replacements for the MTP. It is identical in all regards, except size & appearance, to the game-default City Hall. However, it does not replace it the game's Rewards Menu. This will allow the player to choose either style of city hall they prefer and to use the default city hall in non-MTP themed cities without any issues. The Civic Center sits on a much larger and more realistic 5x5 lot.. Its features a transit-enabled stone portal entrance, decorative fountains and ponds and parking that surrounds the entire structure. The building is night-lighted.. including the clock faces in the clock tower. The lot is also Christmas-Enabled with Christmas lights & decorations that appear only during the holiday season. The lot also features a custom UI that displays some extra, convenient city statistics... including the current Mayor rating & the current monthly profit (or loss).
