As Mayor, you have done such a fine job that the Navy is just tickled pink (well... grey, actually) and is looking at your city as the ideal location to build a base for their reserve squadron of destroyers. These old "Greyhounds of the Sea" may be a tad long in the tooth but they are still a vital part of our maritime defense strategy. Like their namesakes, they may be a bit old but they are well maintained, very hardy and just as functional & productive as the day they slid down the ways.

This Navy Reserve Center is the 3rd in the Navy Base chain of conditional rewards with each subsequent base requiring just a bit more of your mayoral skills. It has features and properties similar to the first 2 Naval bases and fits on a 8x4 tile lot. It is transit enabled &  a moderate polluter... but provides jobs to civilian workers as well as income to the city each month. It's designed to be compatible with the CDK but can be used separately.

Using the new CDKN building methodology that is utilized by all new naval facilities, this third Navy Pier brings the base to life with new buildings and dockside props and personnel that shuffle & change throughout the day. The two piers are actual a single base model utilizing separate "veneer" models to provide different cargo & personnel details on each pier.

Each subsequent base will require a little more mayoral effort and city development before becoming available. This base requires a city population of over 30,000, a mayor rating of 45+, Seaport usage over 75, a city that is at least 17% water (still notably less than the requirement for the Marina)... or completion of the good Fishing Boat Mission. The lot's dynamic icon info lists these requirements as well as the current levels of each requirement so you can see how close you are getting.

As part of the Project ZIP efforts the *.exe installer has been removed from this upload. To install, simply copy/extract the PEGPROD parent folder into your plugins.
