    this is what I see in the lot editor its a small prop in the lower right of the lot that when I remove it all the pixelated areas disappear I think it is a HD prop but my reader is not identifying it

    figured out the problem there was no age degradation rate in the exemplars for all the lots so added that to the file and defined the parameters for rate and cost and output curves now all lots work well I can share the corrected files if someone wants them
