About This File
This is a set of 6 renewed growable lots using Regatta buildings made by roe99
This set is fully CAMpatible and will grow at stages 7 & 8. (Euro Building Style). The lots are 5x5 for single buildings to avoid the immortal lot syndrome that happens in the original lot file and there is also a 12x12 megalot. There are tropical and seasonal temperate variations for you to choose from.
