Working on 82 new lots! Yikes! Ok not as impressive as it sounds - only 27 new buildings plus a bunch of extra rotations. Still taking 5ever! holy crap!

NAILED IT - love every element, from the layered rooftop graffiti down to the cluttered balconies. I am a fire escape gardener, so I appreciate your attn to detail Lovely little Chinatown vignette, can practically smell the warm scent of pork buns baking. Cool to see this very wide variety of NY-period buildings all on one lot and even better that it's an overhanging diagonal. If it's not to much trouble, to flip some textures - might you do a mirrored version? Would make a 10/10 lot twice as useful in-game. Thank you for sharing another great work. (Btw - love the Shen Yun billboard. Where won't they advertise? Lmao)

I think what you're doing is cool nonetheless - your lot looks more crisp and game-ready than the ones I've released! lol! Thanks for your contributions - if you ever make something that's easier to distribute, I sure hope that you will. Your stuff is top notch!!

You are barking up the wrong tree!! You know, my entire catalogue is made up of useless decorative crap, right? They get hundreds of downloads each and they make the game much more immersive. I don't even bother to give them icons. (Sorry everyone) I had no idea there was a demand for this until I started making content for myself and the community requested it. I do hope that one day you might upload what you've already done - if only to inspire others to follow your methodology. Sorry to dog you about it in public but I love what you've done here and there's definitely demand.

You should solve that problem for yourself and release some FA WTWs. hahaha (not kidding!) I know you can pump them out faster than I can, too! It's shocking how quickly the holes fill up. Only takes a few minutes once you have all the right models. And it's amazing letting your creativity run wild, just letting the networks run freely where they want, following the easiest and flattest paths thru the terrain. Letting FA carry your main roads is like unlocking another dimension The region is shaping itself!
