Model is very unique in style and adds some variety. Has a few issues where spots don't quite line up. 8/10 Lot looks very nice, except the parking in back of the library makes this lot very limiting in placement, if someone is looking for realism. 7/10 Nightlighting: Excellent 9/10 Description: Everything we need to know is there. Wow, this just looks great! Nightlights are wonderful! Roof looks so realistic, I could see my sims just hanging out up there. Building textures just look perfect. That fire escape is quite realistic too. Lot is basic, but it's low wealth, it should be. Rating: Model: 9/10, Nightlights: 10/10, Lot: 9/10, Description: 9/10. Overall: 9/10, Thanks for sharing.

Dependency List YEAY! It helps us slow connection people out. 6 dependencies... seems to be alot at first glance, but then 1 is yours, 3 are standard BSC dependency files and another is used quite often (CP) in files. So really for me there's only 1 :) Building blends fairly well in most tile sets. No noticible technical issues with model. Great nightlights, love the glass roof.

Remember the score is based on the whole project, not one aspect. Every upload that I rate get's the same style of rating. To be fair to the uploader, I let them know how I came up with the score. I could just post the number and give no reason, but then they will never know why they got the score, or how to improve thier work in the future, which is the point, is it not?

Model: 8/10 there's a few spots here and there that look a little choppy, but nothing that can't be overlooked. Nightlights: 8/10, Thank you for including the picture. Lot: 9/10, Even though it is quite empty, its a roadside diner, it's supposed to be. Description: 9/10, Other than the lot size & game statistics, it covered most of the important parts, especially the dependency list. Overall: 8.5, but a .5 bonus for making me laugh when I saw the name 9/10. Thank you for sharing.

Model: 9/10, I love it! Nightlights: 9/10, Very Nicely done. Almost perfect. Lot: 8/10, It'd be higher if the building didn't overhang onto the sidewalk on one side. Description: 10/10, You included all important stats, listed all dependencies and even put a link in the description, while at the same time still giving us a little background information. Overall: 9/10, Thank You for sharing and revisiting this creation.

As much as I appreciate you posting a picture of the entire lot as second picture closer would be nice. Also a Night light picture would be even better. It's kind of hard to see the details, but with a little more effort this could look quite nice. The red roof looks wierd and the middle building looks flat. I won't rate, because it needs more effort across the board. Thanks for listing at least minimal stats, but does this have any dependencies?

Model: 6/10 It looks good, but some of the lines are don't meet up and in places it appears choppy, Nightlights: 8/10 They look very realistic. I can't tell if the sign on the side of the building is lit, but what I can see looks excellent. Lot: 8/10 When it comes to the lot, especially a supermarket, less is more. Description: 3/10 (generous) More effort IS needed. Overall: 6.25 Good work, but could have easily been better.

Model looks nice. Could you please list the dependencies, I won't download first, especially, when there's no stats listed or even a nightlight picture. I like to have a fairly good idea in what I am getting. I think it's great your back, but I wish you would put 1/5 the effort into your descriptions that you put into your bats.

This looks lovely. It's a little clean, but then again it is a "Modern High Tech" building. I'm not too sure about the bright white on top of the tanks. I wish there was a nightlight picture too, other than that good description. Model: 8/10, Nightlights: N/A, Lot: 9/10, Description 7/10 (No NL pic), Overall: 8/10.

I really enjoy the nightlighting of this one, I just wish the lot flowed better. The rounded grass edges look nice, but the triangle in the center looks out of place. Perhaps if it were rounded like the entrances, it look better. Also I wish there was a tree on the left side like on the right and come to think of it, if the trees has some sort of lighting it would really make this lot pop out.

I really like the Model, but the entrance lighting needs to be revamped. With that much glass I wanted to see inside the lobby, also I wish the courtyard and helipad had nightlights too. The rest of the building BAT is good. I actually like the simplicity of the lot. Thanks for listing most of the stats w/o requiring a download.
