This building was inscribe for all my freinds and everybody who support my BAT 
This is the Complex of the Waterfront Plaza in the center of Louisville.
The Waterfront Plaza I and II are tall of 104 meters and has 25 floors. The number I was build in 1991 and the second building in 1993.
It's an ploppable building in the monument file, it's an 10x4.
