Add some Winter feeling to your cities!
These snowflakes can be either hung between two buildings over an avenue (network-enabled lot) or suspended between two poles (regular lot).
The Snowflake Between Buildings lot requires Rush Hour or Deluxe to work.
They both cost 110 to build, and 100 to demolish. The monthly cost for the Pole and Building are 10 and 20, respectively.
They require 5 power and 2 water to work.
This requires the BAT-Nightlighting Patch to see the nite lites.
