  3. BAT Request Thread

C.P. made some glorious Victorians some time ago, wondering if anyone would be willing to do a San Francisco-urban version:
  4. Show us What you're Working On

Currently redeveloping my harbors & waterways in preparation for your incredible works!
  5. AGC - 1944 Oil Tanker Texaco Ohio HD

  6. Show us What you're Working On

  7. BAT Request Thread

In the words of Jim Morrison, "Hollywood bungalows..."
  8. 100th Special Entry

Fantastic entry - I can understand your passion and completely relate. I have been working on my London-inspired city of now 4 million inhabitants for years now and it has grown as I have grown. I love it more and more everyday.
  9. Boaty McBoatFace

    Love it!
  10. 500, 502 A+B Carroll St

Wonderful modeling - just what SimCity 4 needed when it comes to NYC. Quick question - are these growable? I have had no luck growing them although I have the correct demand in place (correct tileset, zoning, etc.).
  11. Show us What you're Working On

Love this! I had always wished there were more European-looking hospitals in-game!
  12. Do you think there will ever be a new SimCity?

I saw that the B1M posted this and immediately thought of SimCity! Cities Skylines itself is a pretty incredible game but man my system does not agree with it - graphics are sub-par and sometimes run slowly (I realize this is my own fault for purchasing this system). Cannot beat SimCity 4 for me, but in the future would love if something could be developed similar to it, but with a 3D camera like Cities Skylines.
  13. France

    Stunning
  14. Costa Navarino Part 2

Awesome scenes - I am working on a city similar to this one currently. Where did you get these circled in red?
  15. India

    Absolutely stunning.
  16. Thank you - I actually love the PIM and use it all the time, but I guess I need to take a deeper look into the user guide for it because I would like to choose different lot base textures/overlay textures and was not certain one could do-so with the PIM.
  17. I realize I am almost a year late to this conversation, but I am having the same issue with LE on Windows 10. May I ask what was the resolution here? I am able to open the LE, but only if I check the compatibility settings box that runs it in 640x480 screen resolution, and once I attempt to select a lot (from the unpleasant, small screen), the LE crashes. Please let me know. Thanks -
  18. Yosemite National Park

Fantastic - as a California native and frequent visitor to Yosemite, I have to say this is incredibly accurate!
  19. Show us What you're Working On

Thank you! Population of 4.2 million! Based off of London, England.
  20. Show us What you're Working On

After all these years, I am still as passionate as ever and still at it! I like to make my cities as realistic as possible, meaning only using growables and the occasional landmark of course, creating commutes region-wide (although I have struggled with this since the game does not really accommodate this concept). I use the PIM, Sc4Tool and LotEditor to change buildings to suit my city and I have even re-purposed some Maxis buildings that I think are gorgeous and made them high-wealth residences, for example. The style of architecture feature is also useful, making it so in my London-inspired city, I can edit specific terraces to grow only under a certain style and make them the same stage level so they don't replace each other. A special thank you to all the incredible BATters and MODers that make gameplay exciting and possible. Anyway - here are some pics! Try and guess which regions/shots are based off of which cities! The Mediterranean-looking city is a mish-mosh inspired by Nice, Lisbon, Barcelona and Monaco (sorry for using attachments)
  21. Connor Apartments

Awesome - makes a good downtown residence for me! Thank you.
  22. Show us What you're Working On

Some tourist & homeless MMP's would be great as well
  23. New York W2W Pack Vol01 (MAXIS NITE VERSION)

Incredible Matt - great work. Side thought: is it strange that these structures fit in well in London? Anyway, beautiful!
