About This File

I bring you this building inspired by some residential apartments in Brooklyn neighborhoods. I've always liked the idea of being able to diversify and vary the residential areas when it comes to a New York theme. Try to establish fairly balanced statistics between MAXIS standards and a slightly more realistic view of urban development in our cities. I also took the task of including some alternative versions with different textures to give a more random and diverse atmosphere to the neighborhoods and make them feel less repetitive and more human (you can have early access to these versions on my Patreon page). I hope you like it and I am ready to read you in the comments.

Apart from existing several versions with different textures, there is also another model with a different style, this model has a frame on the door with a cornice very popular in this kind of building made from the age.

Great work. Nice to see this BAT ended up on the exchanges. Thank you for making and sharing it!

One thing, though. Maxis and Dark Nite models should have the same IIDs (TGI). In their current versions, they both actually can be used in cities, while the goal usually to have one or the other in a city depending on the playing style (default maxis or with a Dark Night/True Nite mod). Now I don't know how to achieve that via BAT/GMAX whatever you would export these models, but others usually do like that. Separate Maxis and DN models with the same TGIs. In that case you can have only one LOT file, because that LOT will refer to the model's TGI, which in that case would be the same.

It's just a minor technical thing, I just though to mention it.

Anyhow, it's a really lovelly work, keep them coming! Thank you very much!
