This Dutch University of Techology is part of my set of Dutch Reward Lots that replace the Maxis Rewards.
This lot replaces the Maxis University. Obviously. It has exactly the same stats. The size is 10 x 20 tiles.
I also added two extra lots: one CO$$ ploppable Landmark and one Growable Stage 6 CO$$ lot.
And now the disadvantages of this lot: the dependencies.
There are quite a few, but that is the price for exclusive content.
