    Ironically, I'm thrilled to see these finally creep onto Simtropolis. Like you said, with how widespread 5-over-1s are in the USA, I'm surprised more haven't been made. Hopefully we'll be seeing more variants of this now archetypal mid-city housing form.

    The gold-ish tint and high reflections of the glass on this tower reminds me of the "Gold Tower" (it doesn't have an official name) at Westport Plaza in Maryland Heights, MO.
