    Very nice, especially for a first BAT! One suggestion for an update (or future BATs): try scaling your model height a bit taller (minimum 4.5m height per floor and 133% overall should do the trick). Right now the building height is a bit condensed, especially if you compare the ground level height to the bicycle props that you placed next to the building. Otherwise, very good and glad to see more Chinese and Asian buildings available on the STEX!

    TCC Grand Hotel is a luxury hotel built in classical Chinese palatial architecture and based on/inspired by the real-world Grand Hotel, 圓山大飯店 located in the Zhongshan District of Taipei, Taiwan (Republic of China). The real-world version was established in May, 1952, with the Main Building being completed in October, 1973. It was designed by Taipei-based architect Yang Cho-Cheng. Each of the hotels floors represents a different Chinese Dynasty. There have been many notable guests who have stayed at the hotel, including Singaporean Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew, South African President Nelson Mandela, US Presidents Eisenhower, Nixon, Reagan and Clinton, British PM Margaret Thatcher, King Hussein of Jordan and King Bhumibol Adulyadej of Thailand. The hotel also features two air-raid tunnels (which were kept (somewhat) secret from the public until 1995) which lead from the hotel to a nearby park. Today, these tunnels are open for public tours. === STATS === You will find the building on a 9 x 9 lot in your Landmarks Menu.     TCC Best Western Hotel is a run-of-the-mill, little-to-no frills, slightly outdated, completely average 3-star hotel operating under the Best Western brand. Upon check-in, you get access to a bed (or two), a bathroom complete with averagely clean and standard toilet/sink/shower/soap & shampoo, and a TV with (yes) free HBO. Other than that, there's not much else... Want room service? Forget about it. Just want dinner on the premises period? Nope sorry, no full service restaurant here. But feel free to grab a Snickers Bar at the "Grab N Go" and a bag of peanuts... and be sure to check out the printed brochures advertising the local Llama-inspired tourist traps on the shelf next to the elevator that's been there (untouched) since 1984. You can find this building that's not based on any particular hotel in real life in your Landmarks menu on a very average 2x3 lot (Plop Cost $25,000 but it also nets you $50 / mo in income derived from the local Tourist & Hotel Tax, I guess those brochures are worth something...). Recommended use as an urban/downtown hotel, or a beach or airport hotel. To use, simply extract the contents of the attached .zip into your standard SC4 Plugins directory.     Another masterpiece! thanks for making and sharing this Matt! The nightlights are awesome, gives the place that party hotel feel perfect for any trendy/populr beach areas! I also like the half octagon shape, a very nice touch! Happy Holidays!

    The Grand Hyatt Union Square is a full-service hotel located near downtown San Francisco's famous Union Square. It is one of several Hyatt branded hotels in San Francisco. It is centrally located and within walking distance of Union Square's many high-end shops and restaurants, San Francisco's Chinatown, Nob Hill, the Powell Street BART station, and the newly opened Union Square Muni subway station.     They have Albertsons in Australia? It looks like the landlord certainly did extract profit from every square cm of this building lol. I like how its very similar to the style ofsome of the default Maxis commercial buildings but more realistic. Great job as always! Im sure I can find a place or two to stuff this building into my urban areas

    Powell's City of Books is one of the largest bookstores in the world. Founded in 1971, it is located in the Pearl District of Downtown Portland, Oregon, USA. The bookstore, which sells new and used books, has approximately 1.6 acres (68,000 square feet) of retail space, with nine rooms and 3,500 sections. There is also a coffee shop located within the premises and a Rare Book section.     Sportsman's Warehouse (not to be confused with Sportsmans Warehouse, the Australian retailer) is an American outdoor sporting goods retailer specializing in gear for hunting, shooting, camping and fishing. There are currently 101 Sportsman's Warehouse stores in the United States. The building can be found toward the top of your Landmarks menu (look for the Sportsman's Warehouse logo). Plop cost is $1,000. The building nets your City $1 per month in "sales tax" revenue. There is one .dat file in the zip folder. Copy it to your Plugins folder for "best" results otherwise you'll more-than-likely get no results at all.
