  1. Lol, yeah, I was not making myself clear, I meant to say different geometry in the different versions, not only color variation.
  2. Looks great Aaron! Maybe you can do some variation in the shops, different awnings and maybe a version with two shops, or something.
  3. Chicago BAT Project

It's looking spectacular. I agree with girafe, and maybe there are some similarily coloured areas in the ground bitmap that are too big.
  4. You don't have to go into mayor mode and name the cities to save them... Drunkapple released something a few weeks ago that might speed up things for you.
  5. You need to open and save each city tile to get the terrain texture to show.
  6. BATs by Bipin

The highway looks really cool, they don't tile perfectly though but I think that should be an easy fix. How many different pieces will you make? I guess there should be a few to ease repetition issues. What girafe said or you can go to the zone data view (or underground view, I think) and back and the texture will show correctly.
  7. T Wrecks: Wow, thanks. 139 Spring street will be a 1x2 lot. Aaron graham: Thanks, yes, a few different versions of this buiding would be nice, so it's highly likely it will be that way. raynev1: Thanks, hopefully you won't have to wait for too long. Modeling is almost done, a few things here and there that need some attention. The two views that shows anything interesting at this point. And for fun a street level POV.

345 Seventh Avenue is a neo-classical highrise in the Garment District in Manhattan, New York. It rises 24 stories and 93.7m above ground and houses retail restaurants and commercial offices. It was designed by John H. Knubel and built in 1929. 345 Sevent Avenue comes in a CO$$ version as well as a IM version to stay true to the nature of this and similar buildings in the area. The Garment District has been a centre of fashion manufacturing and design since the early 1900s. The building stands wall-to-wall on a 2 by 2 tiles lot. Looking good! Nice model and some fine lotting, great job both Sgt Pepper and T Wrecks. Thanks for sharing.
  10. HK CITIC Tower

Excellent work on this one, looks amazing.
  11. So a new little project, this will probably be quite quick. It's 139 Spring Street.
  12. mipro BSP Hamilton Arms

Very nice, there are never enough corner buildings. Thanks for sharing!
  13. Oh look, it's on the STEX. Utvaw: That's a good idea, unfortunately I had already exported it, so it stays this way, I hope you'll like it anyway. hahei: Thanks, the glare is reduced I hope it's to your liking. I will continue on the Plaza soon, I think, it's a little bit hard to keep the scene organized due to its size, so it becomes hard to work with.
  14. Saville Condominiums

Nice little building, seem to fit in any setting. Thanks for sharing.
  15. Vu Security Services

Ah, useful and good looking! Thanks for sharing!
  16. LaVaughn Biotech

Not often we get to see new industrial bats here, especially not of this quality, Great job! Thanks
  17. 33 Lewis Avenue

This turned out nice, thanks for sharing!
  18. Amthaak's other bats thread

This looks amazing Amthaak, can't wait to see it released. Though there is something that might be a problem, I'm not entirely sure, but there seem to be some light leaks or something in your scene, I marked some of the spots in this picture. It is not at all obvious and I think the only reason I noticed is because I had some minor leaks in my current project. What I did was to use a smaller radius for FG Point Interpolation, don't know if that is the right way to fix it but the weird light spots disappeared. The rendering time will increase a bit by doing this.
  19. First thing, the windows, I agree with you it looks a bit weird, the "noise" should be bigger, second if I understand you right here, what you're refering to is actually not windows, it's an external access to the stairwell (you are right about that part ), and not windows, you can see it here, on this floor plan Vlasky found. I may add some light fixtures though to illuminate these "balconies" but I'm not sure. I'm gonna try with some lights there and see how it looks. Thanks people for the kind words, I have made most of the fine tuning and I hope to export it this soon, and yes Andrey km it will be a 2x2 tiles lot.
  20. Shushtrepistaz

Nice, I really like the picture after the mozaic, the one with the road going over the avenue, it and many of the other pictures could use some traffic though, but it looks great anyway.
  21. Thanks guys! I followed some of Aaron's advice with the red bricks, and decided the day scene was finished. Now I think the night scene is about done too, maybe I have to reduce the illumination from the ground plane and adjust glare, what do you think?
  22. NYBT Home Insurance Plaza V2

Sweet! Great job with this Sgt. Pepper, I like it a lot. Thanks for sharing.
  23. Worthington Apartments

I have enjoyed seeing these grow during the testing, they look really, really fantastic in game and it's great to see them here on the STEX. Thank you for sharing!
  24. Paeng's Playgrounds 205

These look very good. Thanks for sharing!
  25. The GC's BAT thread

If they are coloured they are definitely a more prominent element of the facade and in metal they look less defined and they make to me a more messy appearance. I really like the windows on this one, nicely done.
