    Nice update! I like playing with snow effects too and love Xannepan's TIR bridge. I'm actually trying to figure out now if I can make a TOR version of it. Snow mods are fun too but they're use is pretty limited because most base textures on lots will still be their regular color--a little snow in the air is always nice though!

First, the tram skin is vester's Helsinki tram and can be found within this download on the LEX [url="https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=2306"]here[/url] Second, the corner building from #17 is the SimFox QiuTao Building, found on the STEX [url="http://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/23130-simfox-qiutao-building-darknite/"]here[/url] This is the darknight version but there is a link to the Maxisnight version there. EDIT: sorry k50dude, I somehow missed your post! You can find Girafe's gondolas (from #5 as well as #10) on the LEX [url=https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=2471]here[/url]. There's also a regular ski lift version of them if you look around.

    Very nice little bat! My only complaint is that the nice little sign isn't nightlit. That's no deal-breaker though and this one fills a nice niche.

    These are really a spectacular addition!! And thank you for requiring all these dependencies--ALL of which I already had installed and all of which are really great work by their respective authors. That allows such awesome detail that some of us REALLY appreciate. My fear is that you'll listen to some of these people and next time release a dumbed-down, less perfect version--please don't. Are you planning on releasing more of these? It'd be great to have even more variety! 5/5 of course.

    Nice to see these Finnish hypermarkets in SC4 (much nicer than real life where I dread visiting the places). Compared to the ones I'm familiar with (Rovaniemi and Oulu) these seem quite under-scaled though. For example, in Rovaniemi the Prisma is 100m diameter circle and the citymarket is ~70m x 120m. Lights are nice though and the details seem very realistic.

    This looks great! These diagonal and overhanging buildings are in dire need and this one has particularly good nightlights and textures. Always great to see more Finnish buildings too!

    A beautiful building, of a very useful style that there is not very many examples of in simcity, and rendered in HD with perfect details. I can already imagine the pictures in closest zoom for my MD. After all that excellent work it's a shame that the night lights are very basic (except for the first floor). 5/5 anyway

    Very nice! I'm not worried about the lot as I can make the changes I want myself. The textures could use a bit of improvement but overall it's a great BAT. As usual for you, the nightlights are spectacular.
