Court wear: (Soccer, Tennis, etc.) 17 shapes. Some textures incorporate «SuddenValley» grass, which can be recalculated using the Fabrik. Note that many textures, such as line colors and the 9 main types of grass .. and more .. are easily modifiable in the >> Fabrik << (50+ BMPs are accessible and editable). The scale of each field is a clever compromise between its actual dimensions, its integration into the Maxis grid, and the ability to combine it with 130% scale Buildings and Props. Description: Stadium Village is expanding and the Llamas are on a winning streak. Stadium neighborhoods take on a character all their own, centered around a facility which can balloon in population for a few hours and bring a boost to local business. This pack contains four BATs, all of which have a ploppable version and three of which have a growable version (I figured no one would want a random building with rooftop stands popping up facing a residential high rise for example). - Quentin's Casa de Nachos (fictional): Nachos are a stadium staple, at least in America. - Yellowcard Diner (fictional): A soccer-themed retro American diner for only the most loyal Llamas fans. - Infield Fry Rule (fictional): A baseball-themed burger and fries type standard American restaurant. - Infusion Coffee and Tea (based on a real company): Infusion fills the role of Starbucks on the island of Guam, where there are no Starbucks, believe it or not. For this building they occupy the ground floor of a small collection of apartments. On the rooftop, there are bleachers inspired by the buildings across the street from Wrigley Field in Chicago. They would be strategically situated to allow more fans to catch a view of your game - adding more seats to a place in your city where there may be limitations on stadium expansion. Minute Maid Park is a large baseball stadium located in Huston, USA. It is home to the Astros MLB team. Original link has gone down (https://community.simtropolis.com/forums/topic/32333-stadiums/?do=findComment&comment=841880) By request, I have uploaded it to the STEX. Dependencies: None! This is the beta version of the file, which has the following incomplete bits: 1- the seats got messed up for some reason in two night views: zoom5north and zoom5west - I don't know if this can be corrected, they didn't look that way in MAX when it was exporting. Re-exporting could do the trick. 2- there are supposed to be trees outside the building but those can't be rendered at least on my current machine (but I intend to build a new one next month) Created by: "Teemu_om" Uploaded in good faith practice. DAVYNSBURGH UNIVERSITY PROJECT This is a 10x10 Landmark lot and is a fictional university stadium. Part of the Davynsburgh University project and is the home of the Tigers baseball team. A lull before the storm of people departing from their pleasant cruise. The passenger harbor is nestled half way into Briarwood Woods and opposite Ashton. Busses and the Metro wait. On either side of the Metro is a sunken plaza. J. Garners' college has seen many students studying under open sky from the sunken plaza. Just up the street where Briarwood Woods and Ashton meet is the new entertainment complex called Spring 'n Summer. Starting from the Strata Resort at middle bottom we look left for the Hard Rock Cafe, Yekaterinburg Circus, Swim Club and Minor League Baseball Stadium. To the left of the baseball stadium is the 3 Penny Opera and Night Spire Casino. To the right of the baseball stadium is Social Center L57. An overwhelming favorite is the World's Biggest World bathed in blue. The U.S.S. Missouri sits moored opposite and to the right of the Missouri is the Earth Plaza Monument and the Statue of Wealth. Wow! World's Biggest World. The Yekaterinburg Circus before the Strata Resort dominated the skyline. Many devoted Arborists are busy making Spring 'n Summer an enduring delight. -
Took a break from the traffic and made a much deserved leisure area for all of J. Garnerian's to enjoy. We used up the entire budget and our Cims were so appreciative they ponied up making further expansion possible. Thank You J. Garnerians!

Hello, welcome to West Side Park. Home of the Chicago Cubs until they moved into Wrigley Field in the early 1900's. There were not many pictures of the actual stadium so this is more of a fictional ball park than anything real. This is how I imagined that park to look. The actual stadium was actually made out of almost nothing but wood, if you will notice, mine is made from brick. The reason for this is because I simply didn't have the proper textures. I am deployed so my options for the internet and getting textures are limited and this is more practice for me than anything. This will be going into my game but won't be used for very long. I did not screw with anything as far as prop costs or anything like that mostly because I am taking baby steps and still learning a lot. I have built a couple more stadiums but this is my latest iteration. I will be uploading the other in the next couple of days. NO DEPENDENCIES Simply unzip into your plugins folder. I hope you enjoy. Hello hello. I have recently started developing a new region. It's an island set on a 2x2 large city tiles region, which will feature Japanese styled cities again. (until I get bored of it, which is not happening soon) The island is called Okushiri but doesn't have anything in common apart from being Japanese with the real Okushiri island, Hokkaido. My main focus will be on rural and suburban areas on hilly terrain. This first post will be the index of updates, current region view and various maps I'll be doing. This set of two Dutch Major League Stadiums is part of my set of Dutch Reward Lots that replace the Maxis Rewards. The lots replace the Maxis Major League Stadium. You have the choice between Football and Baseball. You can only use one reward lot at a time in your plugins. The lots have exactly the same stats as the original reward. The size is 12 x 11 tiles. I also provided Landmark versions of both lots. These you can use simultaneously and as often as you like. My aim was to make two lots that have a Dutch feeling. The football stadium is a BAT of an existing stadium in Kerkrade. The baseball stadium is the original Maxis model, as it is, to my surprise, of quite nice quality. I used timed props for the crowds and some commercial props. You will see the crowds gather in front of the gates before the game. After the game they will stand on the square again and some of them will have a snack. In version 2.0 the crowds around the stadium are timed. In the afternoon the crowds gather in front of the gates. When the games begin the crowds enter the stadium. After the games have finished the crowds leave the stadium. Is anyone else here interested in or currently participate in any fantasy sports leagues? I participate year round with 3 American Football leagues, 1 EPL league, 3-4 Major League Baseball, and typically 1 NBA league a year. If there is enough interest, I am more than happy to create a Simtrop Fantasy Sports Group! Any takers or am I the only sports statistics nerd around here?

This is the Safeco Field stadium that was created by Teemu_om several years ago and had to be uploaded off-site due to file size limitations of the STEX at that time. The original file had been available through his forum topic, but the links in that topic have been discontinued. However, with the newer STEX versions and with permission granted, the files are now able to be presented here. There are three landmark lot versions included in the download: 1) A lot Transit-enabled for Rail 2) A lot Transit-enabled for GLR 3) A lot with no Transit-enabling present Simply remove the .SC4Lot files you do not wish to use. Dependencies required: NAM - If the GLR transit lot is used. All lots exhibit the following: Lot Size: 18x14 Cost to Build: $110,000 Monthly Maintenance: $400 Note: Due to the transit-enabled nature of the lots, care needs to be taken when working with some of the various NAM pieces near them. Crashes will result if a piece touches the transit portions of these lots. Additional Note: Because of the length of time that has passed since this was created, support for this download may be limited. All credit goes to Teemu_om in creating this fantastic stadium. It is being uploaded here under his name to make it available to users. Thank you Teemu_om for this wonderful creation. Update: It was noticed during testing that the GLR lot was not functioning. It was discovered that this was due to an error in transit-enabling the lot. This has been corrected. The lot can be made to function. however, there are still certain aspects which may not work. Update2 03.06.2021 by Tyberius06: The TE modding on the lots has been updated once more. Proper capacity and network paths have been added, so now the GLR lot is UDI enabled as well, also the TE MAC incompatibility issue has been addressed. (if you still find some issue with the LOT(s) report it the STEX Custodian General Topic.
