  1. Scoty Park Alleys

    Version 1.1.0

    355 Downloads

The Scoty Park Alleys pack includes over 600 overlays and base textures for lotting. It is primarily based on narrow paved alleys, allowing for all sorts of overlaps, associations, and intersections, double alleys, and combinations in all three orientations: ortho, dia, FA. You will therefore find different types of textures: - Ortho - Dia - FA - Sides (i.e., the side of a tile). - Long curves, loops, and S-shapes - Ortho to dia and FA, Dia to FA... - Junctions (width – not material, too heavy!) with PAENG, BSC, and KOSC paths. - Medium red sand paths. Ortho and Dia + connections to narrow ortho, dia, and FA. - Wide, even very wide yellow sand paths, with junctions to narrow or medium paved paths. - The "Extras" (+90): special shapes and designs (based on the main paving). - A few "flowerbeds" of turned earth to decorate your lawns. - Play elements to create children's play areas and sandboxes. - And finally: water... various pieces to create ground-level ponds of various sizes and shapes. As well as (classic) ponds. And 3 special tiles for a gently sloping waterfall. All elements follow a 3-point connection configuration per face. Like this: The "shapes" offered in the "Extras" section also allow for connection at these 3 points. A complete catalog - Scoty-PA_index.pdf - of textures (shape and identifier), and additional information, accompanies this pack.
  2. WestWindStreets SAM 6 - Detroit

    Version 1.2.49

    400 Downloads

This Mod replaces the NAM SAM-6 textures. (Klinker). Installation Unzip into ..\plugins The pack contains the EU-RHD, EU-LHD and US version. Only keep the one that suits you. The SAM Detroit is lined with trees, and various scenes on the intersections, diagonals, ..., that is a set of T21 files, that cover practically all the segments. (almost .. !).The intersections are proposed for RHD or LHD, so you must keep only one of the two: WWStreets-SAM-06_T21_XSegments_LHD.dat WWStreets-SAM-06_T21_XSegments_RHD.dat The "decoration" implies dependencies whose list and links are indicated below. This redesign of SAM-6 is part of my WestWindStreets project, so the pieces, which contain a main "Street" segment, will be composed of the WWS texture. If you use Maxis Streets or Rivit Tarsealed Streets, keep the appropriate file: zWWStreets-SAM-06-Spe-[Maxis|TSR].dat. If not, delete them ! Like any replacement SAM, it matches - SAMxSAM - the SAMs of the NAM, so if you don't use the SAMs mentioned in the files named [ zWWStreets-SAM-06_opt_|nnn].dat, delete them. (nnn => SAM1 of Magneto, SAM 2, 4 and 5 of RIVIT, SAM 6 and 7 of MGB) You need to load WWS-Essentials v3(+) to have the inter-WWS-SAM transitions. (SAM-1|6|8). The zip now contains the installation tree: extraction directly into the ..\plugins directory. So the Mod is loaded after the NAM. Distribution Composed with SuddenValley grass textures. This Mod replaces the NAM SAM-01 textures. (Parking Lot) and ... Installation Unzip into ..\plugins Keep one of the two: WWStreets-SAM-01_[LHD|RHD].dat Keep one of the four: WWStreets-SAM-01_T21_Segments_[EG_][RHD|LHD].dat The SAM Side-Streets-Bays is lined with trees, bushes and other accessories, ..., and of course, cars and buses. All in a T21 file, which covers all segments. It exists in RHD or LHD version and in seasonnal or evergreen (EG_), keep the one that suits you. The "decoration" involves dependencies whose list and links are indicated below. This SAM-01 rework is part of my WestWindStreets project, so the pieces, which contain a main "street" segment, will be composed of the WWS texture. If you are using Maxis Streets or Rivit's Urban Tarsealed Streets, keep the appropriate file: zWWStreets-SAM-01-Spe-[Maxis|TSR].dat. Otherwise, delete them! As any replacement SAM, the transitions - SAMxSAM - correspond to those of the NAM. I added the transit’ (optional) to the other existing SAMs. So, if you do not use the versions of the SAMs mentioned in the files names [ zWWStreets-SAM-08_opt_|nnn].dat, delete them. (Where nnn => SAM 2, 4 and 5 of RIVIT, SAM 6 and 7 of MGB). Transitions between WestWindStreets type SAMs are provided in WWS-Essentials plugin (see dependencies below). You will keep the files whose two numbers correspond to the WWS-SAMs used. The zip contains the installation tree: extraction directly into the ..\plugins directory. 7. WWS-Essentials

    Version 3.1.0

    582 Downloads

Since version 2, WWS - Essentials becomes truly essential for WestWindStreets production users. The directory is equipped with transition (SAMtoSAM) textures between WWS SAMs; which you will find in the directory: \zWWS_SAMxSAM. Keep only the transitions whose two numbers, which compose the name, are installed WWS SAMs. Please note that as usual, I share the "Fabrik" of these textures, in order to assign them the grass of your choice via RIVIT's GoFSH. ... Although not "Essential" (), the files contained in this directory are highly recommended. That is why they are proposed as a dependency of WestWindStreets. They allow you to fully benefit from the long hours it took me - will take me - to create the SideMod (or T21) of the WestWindStreets SAM ... They may be useful to other SideMod developers… such as! [1] That being said, for the more curious, here is a little explanation: The files redeclare the Exemplars [Props] of various Props of the authors concerned, by adding a property (and strictly this one under Reader 0.93) essential to SC4 to position the said Prop on the network tile (street, road, ...) in its Mirrored version. The property of exemplar is: [ ResourceKeyType1xm ] -> same value as [ ResourceKeyType1 ]. Many thanks to @Akafor providing me with the mirrored props for v. 3.1 - created and used in his SENT plugin - tedious task on hundreds of Props; I know something about it! They will certainly be very useful later on. ---- In the readme PDF is the list of affected Props. If their authors wish to update their Props, although it may prove tedious for this simple and perhaps unique use, I would be happy to remove the exemplar redeclaration. Courtesy of Girafe. And I hope the other authors. [1] The "high" position in the overrides stack (in my directory: ..\Plugins\z____scoty_mods\) allows everyone to call it!

PHIL Scoty Seasonal Paeng MGB Bikepaths A set of lots that add seasonal flora and path color options overlay texture covers for existing Paeng bikepath lots. This also includes a new additional standalone set that provides the option of having a second color bike path in your city. Why is the name so long you might ask, because so many were involved in getting this project to this point. First we have to thank the original creator of the bike paths Paeng. His Bike Paths with Alley Parks is the basis of these bike paths. Then we have to thank MGB for his update that added Lights and Seasonal Hedges to the Bike Paths along with some additional lots. Though nothing wrong with the bike paths they needed an update and some options to expand the set. In speaking with hugues aroux he agreed to get his minions of cloned Kevins to produce new Scoty textures to update the bike paths. He must have promised them second breakfast because they came up with 4 color options along with new planter overlays. The 4 color options are Red, Green old, Green new, and Blue. Two versions of each were created a cover set and a double set. You can select one color for the covers set and select a different color for the dbl set. Seasonal props from Girafe's Flora Pack were added to the lots along with some small prop adjustments. A set of diagonal lots were also added to expand the pack. Within the download folder you will find two folders the Documents folder, with the read me and pictures, and the PHIL Seasonal Paeng MGB bikepaths folder that contains the lots and textures and is the folder you place in your plugins folder after selecting your options. This folder should be placed in a location that loads After the Paeng and MGB bikepath files, consider adding zz to the front of the folder name. In the PHIL Seasonal Paeng MGB Bikepath folder you will find Two folders: the Cover set and the Double or Dbl set. Within the Cover folder are the Cover set lots folder and the Scoty TexPaths Cover folder. Choose One of the four cover color files in the Scoty Texpaths Cover folder and store the rest out of your plugins folder. This set overrides any existing Paeng and MGB bikepath lots you already may have in your city. It adds 13 additional lots for diagonals that will use the color you picked for the covers. Within the Dbl folder are the Double set lots folder and the Scoty TexPaths Dbl folder. Choose One of the four dbl color files and store the rest out of your plugins folder. This set is a standalone set and can be placed in your city along with the existing original paeng or mgb sets or with the covers set. You can choose a color different from the covers set and have two different bikepath colors in your city. The 13 additional diagonal lots are included in this set as well. Notes: -The covers will work on Paeng's base set of lots, Paeng's SSDP bikepath lots, MGB's Light Project update and it's additional crossover lots, and adds the diagonal lots. -Each set has their own new icons for the game menu. -The cover set is not a dependency of the dbl set however all original dependencies are still dependencies for the dbl set. -No Kevins were harmed in the making of these textures, that one Kevin that fell in the ink well was on a different project. -The lots can be found in the Misc transportation menu like the originals. -There are slight variations to prop layout on some lots between the cover and dbl set but most follow the same layout. -All lots will adjust to your sidewalk mod. -Other than the Functional Bustop and Parking Ends these lots do not have additional functions, they do not function like pedmalls. Dependencies: Req - Original Paeng Base Set - Paeng's Bicycle Paths with Alley Parks Req - MGB Light Update Set - MGB-LP Paeng Bike Paths Req - Paengs SSDP - Paeng's StreetSide Diagonal Parking (SSDP) Req - Murimk Bikes - Murimk Bicycle props Req - Porkie Props vol 1 - JENX-Porkie Expanded Porkie Props Req - Girafe Seasonal Flora - SC4D LEX LEGACY - BSC VIP Girafe Flora Pack Opt - SimPegOrientationTool - SPOT Req Props from SC4D LEX Legacy - BSC Common Dependencies Pack: Props - BSC MEGA Props SG Vol01 Props - BSC VIP Girafe Hedges Textures: Included - Scoty Bikepath Textures Req - Additional Planter Textures - Scoty Textures Packs Note the original dependencies required for the original sets by Paeng and MGB, along with the dependencies they add, are required. Give a Big Thank You to hugues aroux for all the great texture work, icons and help in creating this project. This project is as much his as it is mine. A thank you to Paeng for the original set all of this is based on and a thank you to MGB for the work he did on his update and the help he gave in this project. Hope you enjoy them, ~Phil

  11. My little things along the way. My little tests, creations, according to my desires of an evening, weekend ... which may not yet deserve an edition in "Plugins" ... that you will want to criticize or just pick here ... or not My little showcase ! 12. Hello ! I hope this time to be in the right place ! So ... The project "Scoty Modular Airport" (SMA) aims to divide an airport into more or less large Lots typical and varied (common to all airports), to build them in a few clicks and a minimum of preparation, like a little puzzle, from which we could choose some of the pieces and their locations. This is not a question of competing with RMIP and ACTeam ..., who have done a great job, but rather to extend their creations and facilitate the "assembly" of airport. For this project a little (!) ambitious for one person, I need the help of seasoned BATers, for a number of Building/Props needed. I set up this site: http://hugaroux.free.fr/ dedicated to this project, where I explain, enumerate - as and when my thoughts - all the needs, the preparations and the progress Lots. Many thanks in advance to all those who want to help this project.

But we still need your support to stay online. If you're able to, please consider a donation to help us stay up and running. This helps sustain a platform where we can share our community creations for years to come.

STEX Collections

By way of a "Thank You" gift, we'd like to send you our STEX Collector's DVD. It's some of the best buildings, lots, maps and mods collected for you over the years. Check out the STEX Collections for more info.

Each donation helps keep Simtropolis online, open and free!

Thank you for reading and enjoy the site!
