About This File
This is the Safeco Field stadium that was created by Teemu_om several years ago and had to be uploaded off-site due to file size limitations of the STEX at that time. The original file had been available through his forum topic, but the links in that topic have been discontinued.
However, with the newer STEX versions and with permission granted, the files are now able to be presented here.
There are three landmark lot versions included in the download:
1) A lot Transit-enabled for Rail
2) A lot Transit-enabled for GLR
3) A lot with no Transit-enabling present
Simply remove the .SC4Lot files you do not wish to use.
Dependencies required:
NAM - If the GLR transit lot is used.
All lots exhibit the following:
Lot Size: 18x14
Cost to Build: $110,000
Monthly Maintenance: $400
Note: Due to the transit-enabled nature of the lots, care needs to be taken when working with some of the various NAM pieces near them. Crashes will result if a piece touches the transit portions of these lots.
Additional Note: Because of the length of time that has passed since this was created, support for this download may be limited.

Update: It was noticed during testing that the GLR lot was not functioning. It was discovered that this was due to an error in transit-enabling the lot. This has been corrected. The lot can be made to function. however, there are still certain aspects which may not work.
Update2 03.06.2021 by Tyberius06: The TE modding on the lots has been updated once more. Proper capacity and network paths have been added, so now the GLR lot is UDI enabled as well, also the TE MAC incompatibility issue has been addressed. (if you still find some issue with the LOT(s) report it the STEX Custodian General Topic.

Released
The TE modding side of the GLR and Rail lots have been updated once more. Proper capacity have been added (instead of the previous 100 passangers) and the GLR tracks now have proper network paths, therefore the the GLR related lot is UDI-enabled as well. Also the TE MAC incopatibility have been fixed as well. (by Tyberius06)
